Fantastic programme
Fantastic programme.
The glogi programme is brilliant, much more than a weight loss programme, it gives you tips which make life better. By the end of the programme I was eating, sleeping, exercising and feeling healthier, much more organised about shopping and cooking, saving money, and most of all calm. I signed up to lose some weight and came out with a happier way of living, thank you

Gloji works
After years and years of trying every diet known to man Gloji has finally given me my life back. Excellent structure, unbelievably positive experience. I was eating really healthy before but i realise now the importance of portion size (i was having too much good stuff) and exercise (very fun movement) the work outs in the. App are great to “snack on” - thank you to all who being this amazing service to life. Especially my positivity beacons Amber and Kieron Thrive Nottingham .

I had such a great experience with…
I had such a great experience with Glogi! The coach gave me so much motivation throughout the program, and that really kept me on track. The recipes and tips were practical, easy to follow, and incredibly helpful in keeping me consistent with my weight loss journey. What I love most is that these are tools I can continue to use even after finishing the course. I feel confident moving forward, and I’m really grateful for the guidance and support I received.
