So the sizes were 18-24 months or 2-3…

So the sizes were 18-24 months or 2-3 years I selected 2-3 years seeing my daughter has a wide foot and is in size 6.5-7 and is 22 months. The size looks close to an 8 so she won’t be wearing for awhile so I wish there was a size between those two. The shoe laces look like they will fall out once she wears them they are not long enough to tie and are not tied inside of the show just placed in there and like a cm of slack given before they will just unite themselves. They look cute and seem overall a decent quality but I would recommend

I've been waiting to make a review but...

I've been waiting to make a review but since I keep receiving this I'll go ahead.... I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in July, paid the extra $ for faster shipping, and I'm still waiting. I've been told through an email they were already shipped but haven't received anything yet not even a shipping number (app doesn't work either.) I've read other reviews that the sizes are not true to size so now I'm worried I've waited this long for nothing. I regret spending my money with this company. Update: I finally received the shoes exactly 4 weeks after I purchased them, and they are too big. They're size 6-12 months, My little one is 12 month's old. I guess she'll be growing into them eventually.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

My son has a medical condition and the association I work with was branching out to look for a company to contract with regarding kids with EB. However not only has the company I'm with made sure to let other parents know not to order from this scam of a company, but I myself have never felt so lied to. I order 2 pairs of shoes for my son. After waiting 5 weeks the wrong size was sent! I was then told I had to pay additional shipping charges per pair, But that I could keep the wrong size shoes and the replacement order would be express shipping. Customer service said they would be here in 14 days max. I didnt received tracking information or a order number for my replacement order. It's past 14days and I emailed asking where my replacement pairs are. Costmer service said due to covid shipping can take another 2 weeks. Covid was happening when customer service promised me 14days! So since this company clearly is unprofessional and could care less about their customers I asked for a refund for everything original order, replacement order everything. Now no response. So I am filing a claim with my bank and have the money pulled so I can get my money back. The bank asked for all the company info to flag the company and transactions as fraud. This company has also been reported to the BBB ( better business bureau) ask a scam. My company has also reached out to corporate Facebook regarding removing all ads to protect any further faud or scams. Im sure there will be a case against seeing as how all the reviews here as well as 6 other review sites all say the same thing. SCAM! its time for this company to be held accountable for ripping people off!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I got the wrong size and when I emailed the company they got back to me in about 20 minutes. They’re sending me the right size right away. They really seem to care about their customers.

They’re atrocious

They’re atrocious. They admitted that they’ve been sending wrong order and giving false promises to correct the order but hoping you would either accept a wrong sized ordered or send it back without knowing if they would refund. Terrible and rude customer service. Scam!

Still trying to get a refund for shoes…

Still trying to get a refund for shoes that promise to stay on but they don’t! The sizing is completely off on purpose because they want you to pay for another pair. Extremely rude customer service and dishonest scam of a company.

Terrible company

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's christening. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It took days for the order to ship and then I get an email saying due to covid, the order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. I should have been informed of this before I paid the extra $. Also, when I emailed the store to explain the situation, I was simply told "no refunds". This is bad business. I will never recommend this company and I will be disputing this change.

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!! Do not purchase. It’s been a full month since I ordered a pair and have gone back and forth with their terrible customer service and they refuse to provide any refund or detailed tracking information.

3 weeks later...update on headache return!

3 weeks later.... i finally get the replacement pair of sneakers that I had to literally fight for with the manager even though their policy is "complete satisfaction guaranteed". Yes, I did get my shoes but your customer service dept. is a ZERO, non-existent. I was asked by the manager that I would have to delete my review if I wanted him to send me the replacement shoes. I will not delete my review because others need to know what kind of company they are dealing with before buying. I asked if they wanted their old pair returned and they never responded so now I guess I have two pairs. Either way, these shoes are definitely not worth the price they sell for. At most, they should probably sell at about $10. Thanks Glorefits but NEVER again will I buy.

My baby’s shoes took over a month two arrive. After I placed the first order and was waiting for it to arrive, I decided to buy another pair of their shoes From them because I liked the look of them and wanted two pairs. Over a month later I saw the tracking links said BOTH pairs were delivered. Opened my front door and there was only one package. I only received the FIRST order I placed! Even though the second order said delivered... IT NEVER CAME.
I messaged the company on Facebook and their response was, “ Sorry, we cannot do anything about this since it is delivered. We don't have proof if you are telling the truth or not.”
Wow. Just wow. TERRIBLE customer service. They were quick to charge me for both orders... but when I need assistance they shut me down and make me out to be a liar.

Also the pair I actually did receive was the complete wrong size but I guess I’m stuck with them since they are such a terribly run company. $50 completely wasted.

Over 1 month for shipping: update, 2 months later

As of now, I will keep this average review as I do not have a product in hand. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my son's birthday (already past). I ordered them on 6/3 and it's now 7/10! I understand shipping is taking longer internationally, but this is ridiculous! It's like they chose the slowest shipping option possible as it's been sitting outside of Dallas for over a week! This is outrageous, by the time I get them my son may not be able to wear them for long...

Update: I have been in contact with the company several times over this last month (now 2 months out fron order). They refuse to acknowledge the package as lost! The tracking information has the last know whereabouts 4.5 hours from my now sold home (closed today) since July 1st, it's now the 31st of July.
DON'T BUY from this company! When things go wrong they don't really care about it
Now I'm out $52, waste of money.

Cute shoes

Cute shoes, and very grippy! They do fit quite a bit bigger in terms of sizing though. I bought my daughter size 20 and her feet are swimming in them. (Recently I bought her size 22 Merrel runners and they fit well.) Glorefits are definitely better for chubby feet, so I hope if her feet grow a bit she will be able to wear the shoes I bought (she has very slender feet), but I'm worried that they will still be too wide. Fingers crossed!
