Good experience, price was right, packaged well and delivered promptly

I purchased the Sweed Hair Serum. I was aware that it is only a small amount, but it is hard to tell if there is actually any in there. Initially I didn't think any was coming out, but using my finger I could see that there was some fluid. However, I am still unsure if I am actually rolling any on or not. When I shake the container it does now sound emptier, but impossible to know how empty. I am living in hope that it will do some good to my hair, but it remains to be seen.

My order arrived promptly and in good condition. I'd recommend this retailer 😊

Placing the order was simple. Payment made securely. I received email confirmation immediately and within 2 days received my product.

I bought the Bjorn Aden heat styling protection spray which I love. (My second one). It smells lovely and leaves my hair smooth and soft. Your years I’ve used GHD products. This is far better..

The new Kylie Minogue Noir is lovely but the smell isn’t long lasting. The smell fades so quickly it’s like you haven’t put any on. Bit disappointing.

I stupidly made a mistake on my order, and ordered the wrong colour CC cream (and ordered 3 tubes, as it was cheaper than anywhere else!).
Customer services promptly checked to see whether the colour I wanted was in stock - it wasn't, so they sent me a free P&P label to return the items, and the refund went through swiftly.
Correspondence was courteous and efficient. I will definitely shop with this company again.

I have just used this company for the first time and I can confirm what the other recent reviewer said...no issues at all. Order was handled professionally, I got dispatch notification and order arrived in a couple of days. Well packed, genuine item, good price...very happy.

I made a purchase from Glorious Beauty with a bit of trepidation. I hadn’t heard of them before and they were selling an aftershave that you can’t get anywhere else in the UK, which didn’t fill me with hope, but I took a punt. Happily, my order arrived a few days later, so I’ll happy be buying from them again.

Wrong item sent, no response from customer service. Very frustrating, I would encourage people NOT to buy from this website.

I ordered 2 products: The Stila eyeliner/mascara kit and a Stila lipliner.

The eyeliner/mascara arrived on Friday but the Stila lipliner wasn't in the package.

My confirmation email showed 2 separate confirmations for each product, so I thought maybe the lipliner was arriving separately. However upon checking my Royal Mail status, it shows them both delivered as one package! Which makes no sense as the lipliner wasn’t in the package!

I emailed on the Friday explaining it was missing and had no response.

I then messaged via the website, still no response.

I emailed again on Monday, still no response!

I even messaged on shopify, yet again no response!

Absolutely appalling customer service, who have happily taken my money and not fully delivered what I ordered. I don't think l've ever experienced such bad customer service in the respect of not even replying, let alone not delivering one of my products. If I don't hear by Friday, I will putting in an official complaint and taking matters further.. really disappointed and dissatisfied. AVOID this company at all costs and shop elsewhere!
