If I could give zeros I would. This company sent a product used fake tracking numbers. They continued to send me tracking numbers even after I had already received the product. I sent emails numerous times (starting 9 March to date which is 7 Apr) trying to return the product to get a refund and have received no response. I went through PayPal and tried to also get a refund this way and they provided fake tracking numbers to PayPal and PayPal did not refund my money. In fact they ruled in their favor as they said they provided a tracking number even though it was a fake one. Horrible company! If you try to return a product or get a refund they will not respond, you're stuck with the product. If you see any products from this company on Facebook, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. The tracking info they gave me said it was delivered and I had not received it, I emailed them to ask for a status. They claimed it was delivered and that I should check with the post office or check with my neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. More back and forth with them and they finally said that they gave me the wrong tracking number but the one they gave me then also claimed to be delivered. Do not trust them!

Package never arrived, tracking shows it never delivered. I emailed politely, asking for a refundand they said it was delivered and to contact USPS. I reported to PayPal and when they provided a fake tracking number PayPal denied my claim. I wish I could have checked the reviews but i didn't realize who i was ordering from until it was too late. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

An hour after ordering item I tried to cancel order cause I found out someone else got the same game for my kiddo...I was told it was too late to cancel cause it was already processed. Received the item after a couple months and contacted them again about returning it cause it's a duplicate and they will not let me return it for my money back...will NEVER deal with this place again they are HORRIBLE!!

If possible I would give this company zero stars! The bras I ordered took almost 2 months to arrive and when they did, they are absolute junk! Poor quality materials and shoddy construction, loose threads everywhere! They offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when I reach out to coordinate return, they offered me $7. This order was almost $100! We have been back and forth and now they say their factory is in China and it would be too expensive for me to ship them back so the offer is now $10! This company is a complete scam!

This company is a scam. Fake tracking numbers and dishonest customer service. They are saying they sent my package to me but my post office says the tracking number says it went to a completely different street address than my but in my city. They will not respond to me now nor will they refund my money back.

If I could've given this company zero stars I would've done so. I placed an order for some birthday gifts on December 29, 2025. It's now January 20, 2026 and I've still not received it. At this point, I question whether or not I ever will. You should know (though they don't tell you) this company clearly ships from overseas and the tracking with their shipping company is useless. Oh, and they also overcharged me and I had to work on getting that corrected as well. When contacting them about wanting a time as to when I'll get my order, their response is a robotic answer, telling me it's shipped and giving me the tracking number. All of which I've already been told.

SCAM COMPANY: I had ordered 2 full size Magentic Chess games with expedited shipping back on Dec 17th, but my order did not arrive until January 3. When my package arrived the 2 boxes small game boxes were smashed and when opening a box the game itself was totally not what I had ordered or expected, what I received was miniature game pieces, and what looks like shoelace size -rope for the game. I had measured the magnetic pieces and they are no bigger than the size of a dime, I have pictures of what I received, I paid in good faith a little over $42 for 2 games, what was advertised on the Gloryybloom Facebook & website was not anything in size and quality as they guaranteed. Since receiving this order I have contacted Glorybloom, with my issues and concerns to ask for a full refund, they communicate back that they would compensate me $2, this was a insult as this game is not worth more than $3, I have sent Glorybloom pictures of the miniature size game, but to no avail they just keep going back and forth. I don’t feel this Company is treating their customers right and advertising one thing and sending cheaper items. I just would like a refund and I have asked them to send me a return shipping label to send back the 2 games . It seems Glorybloom has removed the video and information for the Magnetic Chess Game it was advertising, I would gladly return the games if they send me a return label. They are making it difficult to return as they are insinuating that returning the items will cost me more than the product is worth and in turn, giving me no options, but to keep it and losing my money.

I just received my order. They are 2" tall and have a battery pack attached to each number. THEY ARE NOT WHAT ARE SHOWN!
THEY ARE JUNK.
And no way no return...

Advertising items for Christmas in December yet items don't arrive for almost a month. (Coming from China). This is after paying extra for expedited shipping. I ordered two magnetic chess games. They arrived in a thin plastic bag. The box of one was smashed. They also sent two different versions of the game. I ordered two of the same. I've reached out to them multiple times asking about their return process (because these were supposed to be gifts) but the response I receive only refers to the tracking of my package. I'm leary about returning because I don't like the chances of receiving a refund. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Run!! This company is a total scam. I have been waiting a month for my purchase. I have been patiently following fraudulent shipping email updates from Norway, only to now be told my items are in China. The will not discuss a refund with me. Take your hard earned money and do your business with another company. Absolute crooks here!!

I have been scammed. I ordered 15 makeup bags for Christmas gifts. I ordered in November. Nothing and we are in January.
I have asked for a refund. They keep blaming it on the delivery company.

Obviously I’ve been scammed. Bought 2 ramen bowls on 12/10/25 and NEVER to date rec’d ANY emails or tracking from them!!!!! Never recd them either!!! There’s $35.00 down the damn drain!!!

The product shipped from Ireland and I was not notified nor was it on their website. It has been almost 2 weeks since it shipped and it and it is still sitting in Ireland customs at this time. I contacted customer service, before it shipped, to cancel it and they would not do so. Since then, they have not responded to any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 3 items on November 20. I still have not received them as of Jan 2. At first I was getting updates on the delivery status, but then those stopped on December 19. I received one email in response to my email asking for help, now I've been ghosted. Total waste of my money.

Please for the love of god do not order from here ordered middle of November the makeup bag and did not get it in time for Christmas have the fake tracking number that hasn’t been updated in 3 weeks! I reached out to them and they claim there mailing it to me again. I told them don’t bother and asked for a refund and they responded with it’s on its way. I’m going to dispute this with my bank

OMG. Do not order from this company. I have nothing but problems with the company . I ordered the makeup bag 3 months ago and STI LL have not received the item. Customer service will not respond. A complete waste of $28.
