Placed an order for over £ 3000 for teak table and parasol in March 2021 . No notification as to delays to delivery . When I chased in April and May , nobody was able to give me firm delivery dates . Parasol base arrived ( with no warning even by text ) end of May when luckily I happened to be at home . Still no firm delivery date for the parasol .
Table may arrive in August... .

One of our teak chairs suffered damage from a falling branch in a storm. BT came and repaired the damage, free of charge. Excellent service. Many thanks to the BT team and Mick for doing the repair
We bought the Barlow Tyrie Mercury Deep seating outdoor sofa units. They're just what we were after and this company was a pleasure to buy from. Customer service, price and the sofa all really impressed and delivery was the next day. Very happy we found this site and love browsing through through the collections!
We bought a Gloster table and Barlow Tyree chairs from World of Teak last spring. Patrick Loughrey and his colleagues provided a tremendous service from securing samples for us to see, via purchase to delivery. When a manufacturing defect appeared it was dealt with effectively and instantly. We would highly recommend World of Teak and have done so to our friends.
