Had a bit of a glitch to start with, a new IT system problem, but was sorted very quickly, Brilliant customer service, fantastic price, extremely pleased with the tyre quality, can definitely recommend this family run company, will be using this service again in the future.

I recently had tyres fitted at this business. On my vehicle returning, I immediately noticed fresh surface marks on two alloy wheels that were not present beforehand. The issue was raised straight away.

I advised the business that I have full dashcam footage covering every journey in the vehicle and that this footage shows no prior damage to the alloys. I confirmed I was willing to provide this evidence. I was initially told the matter would be investigated and that CCTV above the tyre machines would be relied upon if necessary.

Despite this, I have not been provided with any CCTV footage, nor have I received any meaningful follow-up after formally requesting that the relevant footage be preserved. The business has since stated they will not engage further and suggested the matter be taken to court.

I understand that disputes can arise. However, I found the handling of this complaint disappointing. There has been no transparent sharing of the CCTV that was referenced and no attempt at constructive resolution.

As things stand, the matter remains unresolved

Tyre burst on Sunday morning. Card handed to me by AA guy saying they were an excellent company. Called them as soon as I got home. They have a mobile number for home visits. Used it and told to use Whatsapp.
No response for 24 hours by which time repair fixed by another company.
When I asked what happened I was told they had been busy and I should have used their landline number.
Thank you for blaming me for your issues.
Would never use again, would never recommend, Can't stop laughing at their 'It's your fault really' attitude.

Excellent place, I noticed my tyre was flat today, so drove to Bristol Rd garage and they sorted it super quick at an affordable price. Friendly service and was super happy. I'll be back, you won't go wrong visiting here. I found them from a Google search. Opening times are excellent too!

Big thanks to Gloucester tyres for coming to the rescue after being let down by AA.
We suffered a flat tyre when driving Leeds to weymouth, we were around 2hrs from home when we called the AA. Initially the AA advised ETA of 1hr then it changed to 2hrs. Eventually they assigned a 3rd party who offered to recover us to a tyre service company. This would have meant it would be around 9pm before we got to the tyre service. I decided to cancel AA requested and found Gloucester tyres online, there booking system was very easy, it was a link via Whatsapp. From payment to the guy getting to us was 40mins. The guy was very friendly. Absolutely amazing service.

We blew a trailer tyre on the M5 last night and Highways Agency helped us limp the half mile to the Services. We called GT Ltd and Bobby was very patient, knowledgeable and there was ZERO hard sell or pressure. Bobby came out within 30 mins and replaced the blown tyre super fast. He was friendly, efficient and refused to leave until he'd helped us check our trailer all over and re-hitched it to our van....what a Legend.
Needless to say, we would DEFINITELY recommend this company to look after you if you need a new tyre.

Booked in for 28/4 but allowed me to come in today on a Sunday for two replacement back tyres. Was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was efficient and sent me to reception who were lovely and let us wait which was around 15 minutes. Advised me by front passenger tyre would need replacing in a month or so, didn’t push for it to be done then and there. Best prices with the best service in Gloucestershire. Thank you guys!

I had a punctured tyre yesterday and had to get rescued by RAC who were life savers! Ross from the RAC has an employee of Gloucester Tyres, who agreed to come into work at 20:30 and sort me out with a new tyre! I believe his name is Pum/Pom, sorry if I have spelt that wrong. He was so helpful and really helped me out!

Great and speedy service on a callout to replace a flat tyre. Came out quickly, fitted efficiently, and all at a good price!
