Doug's Cafe...

Doug's Cafe...
Ordered a trap box with 2 sides
Got jerk chicken instead of chilli wings.
Got steak instead of prawns..
Luke warm.
Pointless making choices if they're just gonna give you what they feel like!
Called to complain, but again pointless.
This is why i dont order food from my own people! Not a lick of customer service!

Great app for anyone in Gloucester

Great app for anyone living in the Gloucester area - similar availability as bigger national/international food apps, but the pricing is a lot more reasonable. Overall saving you money on all your favourite local takeaways. Any issues that we have had have been the fault of the place cooking the food rather than the app or the delivery and if there are any issues the GE team have gone out of their way to rectify (at their own cost).

Favourite places to order from include Gloucester Grill, the range of Greek options such as Olympian Bites and by far the best is Gumbie’s Pizza.

We had a terrible meal from THE GARLIC…

We had a terrible meal from THE GARLIC HUCCELCOTE, arrived 1 hour late delivery by a grumpy old guy saying that they called him because no one was available. The food was cold and congealed and when we phoned to complain WE WERE SWORE AT AND THE PHONE SLAMMED DOWN TWICE! Gloucester eats no help at all so we threw away £61 of inedible food. Avoid GLOUCESTER EATS and definitely avoid THE GARLIC INDIAN TAKEAWAY.

Great app and great customer service

Great app and great customer service - I wasn't sure what to order so I messaged Gloucester Eats on Facebook and they recommended an excellent takeaway. Order came quickly and was delicious and fresh. I'll definitely continue to use this app

Fab service

Fab service, were very quick to get an issue sorted in the app so that I could get my order placed.

Have used them a few times and the food always arrives sooner than predicted, perfect.
