No communication terrible
I ordered the lymphatic pills. These did not agree with me which is fine. BUT I have since been sent another batch after 10 messages sent to cancel 6 WhatsApp messages with no response. I have had to ring my bank to stop payment. So please be aware you struggle to cancel an order !! Also no communication what so ever

Awful
Awful, I have had money taken out of my bank account for an order I haven't placed. I have emailed, messaged via WhatsApp. Which advises to call a phone number aboard. Was asked to go on their online chat which doesn't work. Had an email saying my order has been despatched (no order placed). I have emailed asking to refund the money they have taken no response.

Shipping takes FOREVER!!
Shipping takes FOREVER!!! Tracking never updated. Tried to get a refund and the system will not let me process it due to the tracking not updating. Tried customer service but it’s just chat bots that repeat the same thing over and over. Stay far away from this company!!! Still have yet to receive a refund.
Also, they will email you with a $25 bribe to leave positive feedback and you will never receive those funds.

It was easy to order. I got exactly what I wanted. Shipping took a little long, but that was my only inconvenience. Absolutely no difference
Absolutely no difference, but worse than anything thd company took second payment out of my bank (I HAD NOT SUBSCRIBED OR REORDERED). I have tried numerous times to contact GLOV, to no avail. I have now reported to my banks fraud team.
