Glover Priest

Gloverpriest of Market Harborough undertook the conveyancing of both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house. Our team of Kellie (property lawyer), Charlotte (Legal Secretary) and Savannah (Legal Assistant) were absolutely excellent. Our main point of contact, Charlotte, was almost always available and contacted us speedily when not immediately available. However, Savannah was also consistently up to speed with our purchase and sale and also provided great service to us.The team appeared to have excellent internal communication, which made it easier for us when dealing with them. They were all professional, proactive, friendly, positive and supportive throughout the process. They also enabled us to carry out the transactions in a very speedy manner. We would certainly recommend them.

We used GP for buying and selling, now the 2nd time I've worked with them. Had 3 fantastic ladies on both cases and they worked tirelessly to get them both over the line in record time. I'd like to personally thank Gemma Anouska and Joanna for all their hard work. I wouldn't hesitate to use GP again!

Amina, Ellie and Sally has been awesome in sorting all the paperwork. I did not have a clue about anything and they provided all the information and clarification and sorted everything. They provided me regular updates about the progress and I never had to call them myself. All was done online and did not even had to attend their office which was great. Absolutely I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm being nice with 3 stars. My broker advised using them. If I could describe them with 2 words it would be slow and unorganised. They would send out paperwork to be filled in and sent back so I would physically drive it to their office to then get another email saying that they forgot some forms. If I was posting it, it would have made for a bigger delay. Was a stressful nightmare.

Just to reply, paperwork was sent digitally but important parts were forgotten and sent days later.

I really can't praise Kellie, Charlotte and Savannah highly enough for the professional, efficient and friendly manner in which they dealt with my house sale and purchase. Every matter was explained clearly, and every question answered promptly. It was a stress-free experience for me because of the exceptional service they provided. I highly recommend them.

They have been a total nightmare dealing with my late Mother's estate. They never reply to emails. Really not a professional service. I have my will with Glover Priest but I am now having a new one drawn up as I do not want to deal with them again.
