I was using the Glovoro strips for my toenail fungus. After about a month, I reordered, and that was a huge mistake. Halfway through the second batch of strips, my toes turned very red, and were swollen and covered with blisters. That was two weeks ago, and they are only getting worse. I am afraid.

This is completely unacceptable. Almost every order arrives with missing items, and it’s clearly not a one-time mistake but an ongoing issue.
What makes it worse is the lack of proper customer support. The app does not allow you to contact an advisor, which feels like a deliberate way to avoid dealing with complaints.
I am paying for items I don’t receive, and there is no easy way to resolve it. This is poor service and a failure in both quality control and customer care.

Very bad customer service. Unreliable, products not delivered,money taken and no compensation.

I made an order and paid 410 RON with my card, then the courier arrived with the products, but there were 8 packs of cigarettes missing. I look the tax receipt from Kaufland, it was 228,72 RON I look my glove page, and they wrote that I was not charged for missing items.
