Scammers

Scammers, after payment you receive every 2 days there I a delay. If you send email you get a AI answer, that they want to make an excuses etc etc. YOUR WILL BE LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Glowblend is a FRAUD

Glowblend is a FRAUD Avoid at All Costs!

Glowblend is an absolute scam. I ordered products worth €120 and received substandard, cheap-quality items that were nothing like advertised. When I returned the order, they never acknowledged receiving it, and every attempt to contact them was met with pathetic excuses and zero resolution.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable. Their products are of very poor quality, and their customer service is non-existent. I cannot stress enough: do NOT order from Glowblend.

They should not be allowed to operate in Europe. Buying from them is a total waste of money and a huge frustration. Avoid them at all costs!

I am giving them one star as there is the worst customer experience I have ever had with an online shop.

I am giving them one star as there is no option to give a 0. We have done the mistake to order 2 lamps at Glowblend. When we got them, we realized that both were defect and broken and we wanted to return them back. After 3 weeks and after having written more than 20 emails to their Customer Service, they simply do not allow it. They keep sending answers written most probably by an AI Chatbot offering alternatives that we keep rejecting. For anyone who reads this review. Please be very careful - do not order anything at Glowblend. Low quality, terrible service!
