I have good and bad experience with this company. For Heatpump installations, all went very smooth from quoting to installation.
However for battery installation, the initial service was perfect . However the installation finished half way due to the underestimate of the labor work (4 men required to lift the heavy battery of 6 units each of 78kg ) Therefore it kept on delay until 2 weeks later to complte the job since the electrician was not keeping the promise until I escalated the issue to the GM to resolve it.
Overall the experience was mixed good and bad

Thanks Vy for your honest take, GM here, Yes the goodwe ESA was a much bigger (and heavier) challenge than we expected for the install team and their availability was already non existent due to the May 1 rebate deadline. Glad it eventually worked out, sorry for the wait.

Glow Green were very efficient

Glow Green were very efficient. They installed it quickly without much delay. They kept me informed about the installation. Very responsive to phone calls. Overall great experience.

Good product

Good product, and price
Only a minor issue with the battery as we have two phase power so 2 batteries were required, not one as anticipated
The team worked the problem and installed two batteries at the same quoted price

I’m happy with the price and…

I’m happy with the price and installation the only complaint would be I was supposed to get 3 panels on west roof that I didn’t get
