Our installer made everything look simple even when faced with some challenges , i would not hesitate for a second to recommend glow green and all praises to Dougie for a prestine job all round , thank you. #AmazingService

I had my boiler installed on 30th March and it started making water fall like noise after the engineer left. I have reported the fault and still waiting for an engineer to turn up. The engineer left the card board and the other packing in the back of my house. The customer service is next to nothing. I have to chase customer services and so far no joy. I am lumbered with faulty installation.

Mike was informative about details of service visit, and was punctual. Service was thorough. Nice bloke.

Old boiler removed and new fitted in a day. Engineer was tidy and very helpful and explained the workings of boiler.
All Glow green staff did a great job.
Also the quote was much better than local suppliers, I was not expecting that.

The engineer on the day was very good

The service engineer was polite, engaging and gave us the ensurance that he knew what he was doing andr therefore our boiler was safe in and efficient.

Although there were issues due to a service engineer failing to attend for the booked service, once this was resolved we were pleased with the workmanship of the engineer that did attend. This is the second time that Sean has been to service/maintain our boiler and on each occasion we have nothing but praise for his thoroughness and diligence.

Geroge was very frenidly and helpful, no issues with boiler, cleaned up any mess.

Luke Dobbs the engineer that came out messaged to let me know when he would arrive was polite, courteous and explained things. He checked the boiler and system over and stayed longer than anticipated to fix a leak on our flue. Made sure our service booklet was up to date and my certificate was emailed not long after he had finish the job. Definitely a happy customer.

Chris was really conscientious and a nice guy. Felt like he really cared about checking it fully.

Easy access to the boiler team when I had problems with sending the photos it took a while but with your help we got there. The installation had a few setbacks but installer overcame them. Installation engineer was 5 Star.

This is the 2nd boiler I have purchased from glow green after selling out last property they were my first choice to get a new boiler always had a great service and the annual service each keeps our boiler in perfect working order. I would recommend them above anyone else and the cost was very competitive.
