The installation was flawless and…
The installation was flawless and Conner the installer was a true customer service individual as well as being very friendly. The electrical installation went better than expected and Chris even came back in Friday evening to check in a problem which was not as a result of his work - in this day and age truly great service.

Good and thorough boiler service.
Sean was very thorough with the boiler service. Clean and tidy and I felt that he had taken extra care to make sure everything was safe and well prepared for the winter.

Installer was great, rest was hit and miss
Installer was great. Initial boiler was incorrect and didn't fit despite providing measurements and photos. Didn't know when different stages were happening including collection of incorrect boiler or delivery of new one. As mentioned the installer was great and got the challenging job done professionally. Still having issues with finance agreement being messed up and to be fair we're not sure if that's GlowGreen or finance company but frustrating all the same. The customer care team at GlowGreen are friendly and seem to be limited by red tape in getting things done. All in all we probably wouldn't recommend using them but would recommend the installer.

Worst experience in a lifetime
We had an agreed date for installation, so I booked my last 2 days annual leave. The scaffolding was supposed to go up 5 days before. This was agreed, so my wife stayed in all day, no show. To be told lunch time the consecutive day. No show. Then the Saturday, so I stayed in, no show. They turned up the Monday.
Installation started, but had to be stopped scaffolding loose and insecure. No sign of electrician.
To then be told scaffolding needed to be redone.
Solar panels finalised on 3rd day. No sign of electrician.
Some nearly a wk later electrician sorted it all.
With all the issues I was told the DNO would be prioritised.
I then got an aftersales call, went through it all, to be told the DNO would be prioritised.
10 working day after install, no signs of DNO. Called to be told it would be prioritised.
1mth on and its still not completed.
So much false hope, so many will do this, will do that.
I seriously would recommend anyone else. Please do not use.

He arrived within this time slot and was friendly, professional and efficient in servicing my boiler.

I had a terrible solar and battery installation…
I had a solar and battery installation that just did not go well from start to finish:
-Appointments were not kept
-Installation was delayed months
-Customer service was unable to explain delays
-DNO certificate withheld for over a month
-Feedback was provided directly to follow up team and nothing has been heard since.
Not impressed at all!

My boiler service was due in September as i have a yearly subscription to get the boiler serviced and this was arranged through glow green who ensure that a convenient day and time appointment is booked and they send me an email confirming the appointment.
This works well for me and is easy to arrange through glow green and they have never let me down.

The engineer was efficient and friendly
The engineer was friendly, efficient and considerate. He gave the boiler a thorough service, with a running commentary (mostly to himself) as he worked! He also found that a filter had not been cleaned properly on a previous occasion. We appreciated being informed in advance of the initial delay, and then being told when Sean would arrive. A good service!
