Wanted to give 0 stars. Bought a kit start of 2025, no reply or anything to my emails, tried to get refund recently through my bank but have left it too late. Don’t order from them, useless scammers, bought a kit from Hard Tuned instead, great service.

I wish I could give it 0!

Ordered beginning of February 2025 - only just received a refund this week, end of May 2025 with no help or response from Glowkit whatsoever. Never received any tracking or shipping information. Big thanks to Klarna and my bank for helping me out with this one.

Insane. Should be shut down.

Never received my item i ordered in Jan 2025. Avoid this company they don't reply to emails!

If I could give a zero I would orderd these on apparently back order I've sent numerous emails made phonecalls my number is now blocked items haven't arrived yet now having to claim money back as I think I've been defrauded if any thing changes and I get my kit I will apologise on here but I'm not hopefully

1 star review is generous but it doesn't allow me to leave a 0 had the kit on the car a month and used the car at a push 7 times n the kits stopped working due to water getting into all the strips DO NOT BUY

Dusgusting company!!! Ordered at the beginning of December. No correspondence since. Despite efforts no contact from them. Now having to go through bank to claim back as fraudulent

I have been charged for 2 kits when I only ordered 1, 2 have arrived so I attempted to contact them on several occasions to arrange for the refund and to send a kit back, but I have never had any response, both by email and using the contact us on the website.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. save yourself the hassle and don't bother.

Absolutely terrible.had to wait 3 months for kit with no tracking info and no emails on updates.finally arrived and installed in my car.after 2 weeks one side has broken and only stays white.tried emailing them and no response.dont buy such a waste

Absolute scammers …… paid for a kit and the same as most people no tracking no and no sign of kit. Anyone know where company is located ?

Please do not purchase from this company, I ignored the reviews and purchased anyway. It’s been less than 4 weeks and two LED strips have stopped working and I haven’t received a response from the company in weeks. Currently searching for their base of operations, found an address in Huddersfield.

They never sent me a tracking number or receipt, this company is a scam , they don't even respond to messages or emails and it has been 6 months

Just a basic led kit with a huge price tag there's nothing special about these leds just put mine in the bin due to them just being horrible considering the price you pay for them they don't offer a lot more than the ones you can get from ebay a really poor app that hardly connects just a basic Bluetooth chip thought they'd at least have some sort of custom app. The leads are a mess I mean it's OK if you have plastic wheel arches but mine doesn't have that on the rear so kept having to tuck them in they eventually fell down and ripped apart cba with them anymore I know that's more user error than the actual leds but they aren't anything special

The kit has been on the car around 6 months and has broken. It comes with 1 year warranty when you purchase. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over a month and have had absolutely no response from them on email, their website and Facebook! Will be taking it to trading standards.

An absolute shower of s@@t. Do not go near them. Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 sets at the end of last year. Fitted 1 set hist after Christmas. It stayed working for all of 15mins. One side completely failed. Messaged them on IG straight away. Photos and videos sent of non working side. Nearly 2 months later they have now gone quiet on me. Ignoring all messages. I reported this to my bank and have now been given a full refund for both sets through the bank. So they clearly found something not right.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY FOLKS.

Contact/notifications from time of purchase to receiving is nonexistent, on app colours don’t match the colour of lights but the lights themselves I’m really happy with, nice and bright with a good choice of different colour settings. Just hoping they sort the app out. Going to buy another set for the wife so happy enough with them.

My 1st set I brought took weeks to arrive

2nd set I was " sponsored " for paid my invoice never hurd from them after they had my money. I had to claim back over £150

Save your money and buy a different kit from somewhere else. Firstly it took over a month for the interior kit to be dispatched, and that was only because I replied to the order confirmation email and asked where it was. Received the interior kit 3 weeks ago and only the red LEDs work, so it's now useless. Total waste of money, it's a cheap kit using a generic app to control it. The only decent part of the kit is the 3M tape on the back of the LED strips

Lasted 4 months then half of them went dead, terrible weather sealing, looks just to be a Chinese manufacturer branded as glowkit. Very poor

SCAMMERS!!! The item never arrived, they had no interest in trying to resolve the problem.

Appaulling customer service still waiting for a replacement kit a bunch of scammers
