Just wish I’d read these reviews before I made the same mistake - is there any point getting trading standards involved???
Beware this site is a scam! I was sent the wrong lamp in a busted up box, refused exchange or refund and requested to post the wrong lamp back to Morocco at my own cost. 'Jessica' the customer service person stopped responding to any communication. This is not a UK company and the website reviews are fake!
Update on my post of 2nd January. Still no refund despite proof that lamp was returned and received in Morocco. Fraud department of my bank has conducted an investigation. My next step will be via Trading Standards.
Be warned do not waste your money with this scam business!
Operating out of someone’s front room in Lysways street, Walsall, West Midlands, Couldn’t be a more appropriate as they “Lys their ways” to get your cash in return for substandard Chinese imported goods that take forever to arrive, with no means of contact after the transaction, no response to telephone calls, emails or text messages and then writing into there terms and conditions there are no returns or refunds after 30 days! They have that one covered by not responding to you!!
The professional looking site lures you to think this is a proper set up but don’t be fooled! The goods do not match the images or descriptions and turn out to be cheap and electrically dangerous imported imitations.I am sure that Trading standards will be very interested in the workings of this dodgy set up.
I bought two lamps as a Christmas present. They did not arrive. I was told my delivery address was incorrect and they had been returned to sender. My delivery address was correct.
All correspondence with Jessica told me to be patient as the lamps would arrive. These were ordered in November, still no sign. All requests for a refund have been ignored.
Don’t buy from this company, I purchased a lamp, they took my money, then emailed to say they no longer have that lamp in stock, they offered me a different lamp but when I didn’t accept it they didn’t give me a full refund! I emailed the customer service agent “Jessica” to ask why this wasn’t a full refund and I’ve been ignored since. They deleted my review from their website. This is not a legit company!!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are not as described in what I realised are fake reviews. They claim to be based in Walsall, England but the products arrive from China and the US and even stranger returns are in Morocco?! They do not pick up the phone and their "customer services" ignore your questions and challenges.
