The ordering process was great and the wait was great and the prices were awesome. These are Christmas presents for my sister and daughter well before their birthdays

I didn't like that a "system error" charged an additional $30.91 to my card and my fraud department caught it and to had to get involved.
This is a baby gift so hope it is safe. I haven't opened it yet...gonna let the mother do that at shower.

I can’t read and looks hazy as it is not adjusting my power as it was meant to be.

product mever arrived

1. Product is nice. Like Wago connectors. Well made
2. Big downside: no end caps, no way to fasten to a surface. Multiple ones can nest together, but no way to fasten down. That severely limits the applications.
3. Cust serv was poor. Wanted to cancel order and reorder with different quantity. An hour after placing, reply was already shipped could not change. I doubt that. Glad I did not increase the qty as there were no end caps to fasten down.

The item I received was not as shown in the advertisement. The pop out pressure bar was plastic and will not fit in any lock. I feel this was a scam. I will dispute with my credit card.

Absolutely rubbish. Nothing as described, took weeks to arrive does not tint in sunlight cheap plastic crap.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...

They did make my knee feel better except for the fact that one of the bottom tapes kept coming loose. It wasn't sticky enough.
