Good products , easy to set up and great prompt tech support.

The customer support is good - they do respond, and thoroughly too. But the product itself is bad - no amount of replacement of the kit and nice emails can make it a reliable product.

I've had a replacement sensor and a replacement light, both free. It took a dozen or so emails and videos being taken of step by step proof of the issues, but they did replace them. Which worked for a time, but then the new kit failed too and I absolutely can't be bothered to spend hours on going through all that. There are cheaper and more reliable alternatives.

These lights took a while to arrive as they came from China! I ordered 2 x 19cm and 1 x10cm light for under my kitchen units. Easy to fit with magnets supplied and they are nice and slim.. Took a while to pair them with the hand sensor but finally managed it. They are not quite as bright I would have liked or expected them to be but they are dimmable and the light can be changed to warm or white. All in all a good buy but a bit overpriced.

Really solid good quality product, looks very attractive, incredibly easy to install. I have put 2 lights in my dim hallway paired with a motion sensor, they make me smile every time I pass by! Very likely to purchase more!

Lights are excellent. Easy to use and install. Delivery was quick and efficient, will be ordering again!

Beautiful pieces! Durable, well made and stylish! I purchased two lights, four wall mounts, one table lamp and two sensors. Highly recommend!!

The items arrived in a timely matter and were well packaged. I bought a light and a sensor. The instructions for the sensor was a bit confusing. I followed it and could not get the two to connect. I went online to see if there were any instructions. Only after chatting with Customer Service did I realize that there were other instructions on the paper that came with the lamp. I think to avoid, including too much detail on the instructions for the sensor, there should be a line that says please look at the instructions for the lamp to proceed. It was easy to do once I figured this out.

Love my round gold light so much ive ordered another one I have it in my bathroom and its nice to not have a bright light and fan come on in middle of the night

Lights look great under the kitchen cupboards give the area a nice body feel like having a new kitchen.

The lights were well packaged and substantial in there construction. I installed 2 lights above 2 paintings and looked and worked great. My only issue was that after 4 days one light fell off the wall. The other one is fine and I’m looking at putting a new sticky pad on and looking at the condition of the wall.

I made an error on my order, e-mailed and got a very quick response, order was changed and a copy of the new details sent. Product arrived quickly and is nicely finished, sturdy & looks great.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and very well packaged for postage, the light themselves are fantastic, just what was advertised and an excellent addition to my home and art work.

I love the product very much. It’s classy and sleek and serve the purpose. When I received the 2 nd mailing with the sensor I immediately wanted to pair and program it. It all worked except the wave. Somehow I can’t get it to work so I use the back button . I Love everything else. Thank you

While happy with the lights I am very disappointed with the battery life between charges. not using the lights a lot.

Was expecting great things from the halo lux lights they have a very slick website and lots of positive reviews….however my order took ages to arrive from China and when they finally got here I hoped they would be the perfect solution to brighten my room, (they look smart) BUT! they dim and lose charge in just a matter of a few hours use, they then take ages to recharge so I really have wasted my money!
They are not fit for purpose.

The light and system works very well. It is very intuitive to use and the ease with which you can change from wide range to spotlight and light temperature is excellent. I thought I had ordered a black stand and lamp but I must have made an error when placing the order.
I will definitely be ordering more of these.

Be very cautious. Chinese manufactured and you feel that. They're cleverly pushing quality through their marketing here but is same as the rest. Incredibly poor battery life. I've purchased 5 of their lights, 4 of which are the Halo spot light models with a light sensor attachment set to 30s in lowish traffic area of house. Dimness set to about 75% if i approximate. Charge lasts circa 1-2 weeks, if that. Its become a burden to own the lights, would rather pay for an electrician to just fit some lights normally. My recommendation, don't buy, unless you plan on using 25% of the lights "features" to conserve battery.
