The Glow styler was bought in May blew up causing electrics in the house to fail in September. I was promised a new improved model end of November no item has arrived and now they are not responding to my emails. I paid around £40 please DO NOT buy this product or use this company, in fact it is likely that they will try and sell the same dangerous product under another name so go for known products only, this was a present and I have now bought a known product from a reliable retailer.

As per previous reviews... after a few months it blew up, sent sparks flying into my skin and hair and tripped the power to my house. Fail.

Please do not buy this product, after 3 months sparks came out and it caught fire and singed my hair, when I told the company about it they said they'll replace it in the same month, waited patiently and wrote to them again, they said its delayed and I have to wait another month. Absolutely crap service, they just ignore your emails if you're unhappy with them. If I could give this minus stars I would!!!!! They happily took my money.

I bought this in March, it eventually arrived in May. At first I loved it but after only a handful of uses it blew up on me as soon as I plugged it in, flames shot out it, made a huge noise and I got an electric shock. Tried to contact the company but have not had a reply.

I loved my glowstyler until it stopped working after only 3 months. I contacted them to see if I can get a refund/replacement. Hopefully, they respond soon.😒

I've been using it for almost 5 months and it works great, I love it and my hair looks amazing.

My item didn't arrive for ages so I contacted the company for a refund, which I did receive so no complaints there.
I received the item a week or so after and had been told to keep it if it arrived. However, upon use it fell apart within a couple of weeks and started smelling like it was burning and then stopped working as it had overheated. Really bad quality and cheap knock-off! Should have known better really...

Do not order! It has been months and I haven’t received anything! I have sent many emails and, like another reviewer said, they say they are “looking into it.” Total scam!

I ordered mine 4 months ago, haven't gotten it, and have been asking for a refund for the last month... last contact was over a week ago when I was told they were "looking into it" even though I told them in May, that if I don't get it by the end of June I want a refund.

Saw this on a Facebook ad and only got it because it was on offer, and honestly didn't expect it to arrive anytime soon due to the outbreak. I was pleasantly surprised : not only did it arrive quite quickly, but it actually works ! I have long thick hair and, yea, I have to dry my roots with a normal hair dryer first, but overall it dramatically reduced the time it takes to dry my hair + it looks amazing ! Honestly the only reason I'm giving them a 4/5 is the fact that the cable is a bit too short and I have to dry my hair sitting on a chair.

Instagram Scam, this company is fake. You will never get your product or if you do it’s some Chinese knockoff and not what they advertise. They make excuses and have overall poor customer service.
