the service and delivery were faultless. The product (inflatable toy guitar).... rather disappointing. Looks better on website than in reality. In fairness they were cheap.Would have bought something more expensive if that was an option.

I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet, unfortunately Royal Mail are seeing a considerable number of delays due to industrial action being taken which is completely outside of our control. We have been advising on our website for several weeks now that we recommend customers who require orders quickly to select an alternative courier (we also offer DX and DPD who have been reliably delivering in 1-2 days), but ultimately leave this up to customers as we know some do prefer Royal Mail deliveries. It should be with you over the next week or so and you are welcome to return for a refund if you wish. Apologies for the inconvenience.
