Fabulous customer service updates when my order was delayed being dispatched through no fault of Glowtopia.
Product is good quality too and very sturdy packaging to reduce the number of pre-snapped sticks.

I can’t praise the staff at Glowtopia enough. The order was processed and dispatched super efficiently. When the courier got the delivery wrong a member of staff went out of his way to ensure a new delivery was dispatched and arrived in time for our event. Incredible service! Thank you so much.

Royal Mail delivered my item damaged
Royal Mail delivered my item damaged. Emailed glowtopia, they were apologetic (even though it was not their fault). Gave me options for refund or replacement. All within 24hrs. Amazing, efficient service

Firework display top seller
Really happy with our purchase. We sold them at our firework display. They were extremely popular. Only negative was that a small number wouldn't work. But you have to expect that when you are buying in mass. Thanks guys, over the moon with our purchase
