Great service. They carried my stuff up the stairs and the guy seemed friendly. Only thing that would be nice is to have a better estimate of when they would arrive but otherwise very satisfied.

The worse experience

The worse experience
I have order som drinks on tilbud at Barlife and the order came on the parcel point,that in Gls app I could see,but 2 times I tried to pickup my order with no luck.It wasn't exist,not in the app from parcel point .The workers from parcel point was helpfull to find my order,but they couldnt find it.So customer service told me that I put the code wrong on 30 july wich is imposdible,i have been all day at work.No explanation.So I am sure that the person who deliver the package or put the wrong code ,or it was stole.
So for 8 days nobody cannot find my order.And today it must to be send it back,by Gls ,to Barlife.I wonder which package they will send.

Ordered package for home delivery

Ordered package for home delivery, package delivered to pakkeshop instead with GLS saying thst they tried delivering but I see the parking lot from where I work and not once I've seen a GLS car or someone coming to my house.

Dirty package, quick delivery

The package was very dirty as if it fell down on the ground during rain and it wouldn't have been at least wiped off when it happened. 2 day delivery within the country.
