Stay away from GL Tax and Legal. My experience with this firm was a complete disappointment. They were smooth, polished, and highly professional when selling their services, but once they had received upfront payment and signed documents, the quality dropped sharply.
They became slow to respond, careless in their work, and difficult to deal with. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a sign of life. Later, I found serious issues in how my company had been handled, including failures related to registration and taxes.
What made this even worse was their attitude when confronted. Instead of correcting the problems properly, they pushed for more payment first. That is unacceptable when the issues should never have existed in the first place.
My impression is that this firm puts far more effort into winning clients than serving them. Based on my experience, I would warn others not to trust them with their company.
