I've been talking the glucofit for a month. No change in how i feel. No change in my weight, my tummy is still bloated. I'm very disappointed as i hoped it would help with menopause wight gain. I still swim twice a week. Yoga twice a week and walk my dogs for a hour each mornig. I have another 2 months supply of tablets so I'm hopeful things will change.
