Sent out a completely different bridge than pictured. Then refused to take responsibility for it leaving me with a bridge that I could have bought for £15 cheaper elsewhere. Appalling customer service, appalling business practice, I will never use this company again.

Bought some PRS ivory pick up rings from these guys, ordered Saturday delivered Monday. Adequately packaged, free postage. Perfect service as far as I’m concerned!

Just wanted to say thanks for the Graphtech adjustable nut for my 2015 les paul, I've had the brass one which failed and the Titanium one which had tuning issues. I ordered a Fender Hi Mass Brass Bass Bridge in Chrome.
I had spent a few days searching for this product, as there was a lot of adverts from Abroad or wasn't in stock in the UK. I came across Glued to Music, and saw the item was in stock, also at a fare price, as these are wildly fluctuating across a Web search. This was £33.95 Inc 2nd Class delivery.
I chose tracked 24 for £1.59 (bargain) extra.
The order was simple to make, once a quick account set up was made. At all stages, the order notified me of it's progress. It was through my letterbox, within 24hrs.
I can now have this conveniently fitted by my Guitar Luther, a week earlier than expected.
Excellent service highly recommended.

This is a review, not of the company, but one of their products, the Elmer Guitar Handheld Fret Press Clamp. This clamp is unusable. The alignment of the upper fretting caul is so far off it causes the frets to be pushed over rather than straight down into the fret slot. This in turn chips the fret board, causing much more damage.
An expensive mistake that I won't make again.
I did contact the company to make them aware of the problem, but the have refused to reply.

I bought a set of 4 Speed Knobs to fit brass shafted CTS pots that I had fitted to my Michael Kelly Patriot Decree. They fit perfectly, unlike a set that I had bought from another supplier. I think Glued To Music are going to be my first port of call when I am looking for guitar parts from now on!
