Very useful platform and amazing customer support!

Glue Up has been a highly effective platform for managing and scaling our membership operations. The level of customization across modules allows us to adapt the system to very specific workflows, and the automation capabilities significantly reduce manual work. From onboarding journeys to reminders, invoicing, and renewals, everything can be configured with impressive detail.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility, the platform grows with your needs rather than forcing you into rigid processes. Once set up correctly, it provides a smooth and reliable experience for both administrators and members. It has helped us streamline operations, improve consistency, and save a substantial amount of time.

Renewals used to be a headache. We’d send reminders from Outlook, track payments in QuickBooks, and then try to line everything up by hand. Invoices often didn’t match the right member, which meant late nights fixing mistakes. With Glue Up tied into both Outlook and QuickBooks, most of that manual work is gone. Invoices sync correctly and renewals go out on time. The reporting could be easier to customize and the setup took longer than we expected, but day-to-day it’s saved us a lot of effort.

Great association management software. Has all the tools any member-based organizations might need - events, emails, memberships, finance, mobile apps, website etc...

As an agency, you'd think that companies like GlueUp would appreciate and nurture relationships with integration partners and agencies.

We approached GlueUp from our agency to help one of our clients; for this, they have a "Partner Program"

After all the meetings and us "handing over" our client to GlueUp, they simply said that we won't be receiving any compensation because of "the way our partnership was set up"... which they "set up"

On their site it simply says refer someone and earn (/partner-programs/referral), but this is definitely not the case.

So now our client is theirs... and they're extremely nonchalant about not honouring their part.

Avoid GlueUp

The company did not keep any of its promises. Their applications do not work properly, all the money we paid was wasted. Do not trust this company and lose your money.

Keeps on spamming my work email with offers that have no relevance for me. Even after they promised to stop contacting me the emails just keep on comming. Terrible company
