Ordered two pairs of shoes from Glyde in the usual size i wear. They arrived over two inches longer than my foot and very unsupportive. I elected to return. The shoes were sent to me from within the continental US but i had to return to China. I followed the instructions that i was given by Glyde. These shoes were returned over 6 months ago. Glyde will not respond to my emails and i have not received any refund. Buyer beware - truly a scam!

They let my toes feel free. Very comfortable and no break in period.

Very comfortable. Glad I followed the guide to order the size as they recommended as they were spot on. I normally wear an 11.5 and the size 11 is perfect. As someone who suffers from neuropathy, I also ordered the inserts and am finding them very helpful.
I easily recommend these shoes for your next purchase.

Efficient with order and delivery

I wear a size 7 shoe and ordered a size 7 and they were about 2” too big. The return process is very long. This started in October and I still don’t have my money back.

The shoes I received were about 2-3 sizes too big although I ordered my normal shoe size. Returning for a smaller size is nearly impossible because I was instructed to send them back to China, not the Wyoming, USA address on the website. The lack of honesty coupled with a lack of quality in this shoe is a big RED FLAG. Do not buy from this business.

Buyer Beware! Like many others with poor reviews, I received the shoes and they were poorly constructed with no arch support. I wanted to return the shoes and after several emails with support where I was encouraged to use them before requesting a refund, offered a 50% refund, and finally told I would need to mail the shoes back to China and pay the shipping cost (very expensive) to get my 100% refund. I was better off taking the 50% refund and donating the shoes. Their website is misleading and they do not clearly state that is the return process.

If I could give no stars I would. I received the shoes and they didn't fit... way too large.
Although they offer 100% satisfaction, the return only offers you a50% refund and the return address is China although they are shipped from a US address. I checked it out... it will cost more to return the shoes than what they cost. SUCH A SCAM!!!
My request for a US address to return to had gone without response for 4 days now.

Cheap, hard to get into as opening is tiny, very long laces, huge toe box looks odd, way to big, size 7 is closer to a size 9, returning, not true to photos

These are cheaply made shoes and what’s worse, if you want to return for a refund you must ship back to China which costs you $. Don’t order these shoes.

Order a pair of shoes from Glyde. When arrived they were too small. Customer Services admits the US to International conversion was wrong. Requested an exchange. So far they won’t do an exchange but are offering to give a 50% refund if I pay the shipping charges, I believe back to China. All this even though their ad claims 100% satisfaction. Well I’m not!

Wish I could give no stars. This “company” is a scam. Do not purchase from them! Horrible customer service and slow delivery. They would not let me cancel order even before it shipped. There is no mention that the items are made and shipped from China so the return postage is outrageous. Will be reporting to BBB as well.

Sent the wrong size. Extensive emails offered little resolution. Their exchange/return policy is bogus. DON’T do business with them.

The sizing is not accurate in their sizing chart. My shoes did not fit. I had to send three emails over 4 days and threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau to get a response. Then they wanted to know how/why the shoes did not fit. I explained how/why they did not fit. Then I was offered a 50% refund of what I paid and keep the shoes. Why would I want shoes that don’t fit? Then the kicker was I had to pay postage to CHINA to return the shoes. Cost me $32.05 for first class postage. Not the Vernon, CA address on the package. Do NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!

The website is fake all the people shown are fake, they are made in mainland China. Don't be fooled like I was I'm out $100

The website says easy returns and 60 day money-back guarantee. 100% false!
I wear a US Women's size 8, which translates to a 38 or 39 however their grid is not like everyone else's. They shipped a 40 which equals US 9.
I requested a return - refund.
Since they shipped from China , they' had no way to know the shipping cost which they wanted me to pay for.
The end result of our communication is that I will donate these low quality shoes and they will refund 50% to me.
