Our online GM parts website offers customers the best discounted prices on OEM Chevrolet parts, GMC parts, Cadillac parts, and Buick parts. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. In other words, it simply means our parts come direct from GM and GM AC Delco. Essentially, we do not sell aftermarket parts. We ship all of our parts from region based GM dealers within three business days to provide for fast service.

Poor website parts description costs me $$

I placed an order, for a silver hubcap, to fit my ‘21 Silverado. The online picture was silver with no other description. It arrived fast but was black. I emailed them and days later I received directions for the RMA. I hand delivered the part to the RMA address two weeks ago. No visa credit so far and they haven’t responded to my last email. The credit had been written up, by the local parts dealer, but nada so far.
Update: refund is in process but they hit me for a restocking fee but the error was on the website, not mine. The part description did not say the wheel cap was black and the picture showed a grey/silver part.

Worst company ever had to have the…

Worst company ever had to have the misfortune of buying from. Ordered an oem antenna for a 2002 Camaro and received wrong item. Picture on website was very vaque but entered my vin and still received wrong item. After reaching out to them for a refund and providing requested pictures denied my request! All I could say is buyer beware their an unethical company!!!!

Shipped me a defective part

Shipped me a defective part, will not give me a RMA to replace the part without a written report from a certified GM dealer. Part cost $315.00 written report from dealer cost $836.00. So basically no returns. even if the ship you the wrong part or the part is defective.

Satisfied Customer

I purchased a purge solenoid valve and 2 front wheel speed sensors for my vehicle. The abs light was coming on and it is no longer coming on, which I am happy. The purge solenoid did what I needed to do until the engine light came back on with a different code for a different part. I will be purchasing that part and a few more parts soon from GM Parts.

I sent an email saying I wanted to…

I sent an email saying I wanted to cancel my order because I was not sure it was the right part and they said they would contact me. Well they didn't and sent the part and because of the ridiculous shipping cost it wasn't feasible to ship it back,so now I have a part I can not use.
