Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Based on my experience, this company—and specifically my dealings with Tom—operated in a manner that I found misleading and unprofessional.
I had previously done business with this company, including participating in their bullion subscription program, so when I decided to roll over a traditional 401(k) into a gold-backed retirement account, I felt confident moving forward with them. Unfortunately, the experience quickly deteriorated into a series of broken promises and unfulfilled commitments.
As a result of the issues I encountered, I filed a complaint with the SEC. In response, I received written documentation indicating that Equity Trust, the storage/custodial company used in connection with my transaction, was not registered with the SEC. This raised significant concerns for me and prompted additional questions about the representations that had been made throughout the process.
To make matters worse, Equity Trust charged me annual storage fees twice, despite my gold not having been in storage for a full year. When I brought this to Tom's attention, he apologized and stated that I would be reimbursed for what he described as an error. He also told me that other clients had raised similar complaints and that the matter would be addressed with Equity Trust. However, after the transaction was completed and payment had been made, communication ceased and the promised resolution never materialized.
What I found most disappointing was not just the fee dispute itself, but the pattern of assurances that were never followed by action. In my experience, concerns were acknowledged in conversation but not resolved in practice.
I encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to conduct thorough due diligence, carefully review all fees and custodial arrangements, and obtain all representations and promises in writing before proceeding. My experience left me feeling misled, frustrated, and unsupported when issues arose.

Gold Box app ka experience kaafi interesting aur easy hai. App ka interface simple aur user-friendly hai jiski wajah se navigation mein koi issue nahi hota. Blind box shopping ka concept unique hai aur products bhi kaafi variety mein available hain. Delivery aur order tracking feature bhi helpful hai. Agar aap online shopping ke sath thora exciting experience chahte hain to Gold Box try kar sakte hain. Overall app smooth chalti hai aur rewards system bhi users ko engage rakhta hai. �

NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER

I order the mouth to mouth box. I had to wait 3 mouths to revice the box. Never got called from the company and when I called them they kept telling me, we will ship it out today. Never got any email with the tracking number. The comunivation is horibble. I got charged twice before reciving my first box. Very disapointed.

Not a bad choice, but your money could go farther.

I started my subscription in October of 2024 and wanted to try it out for a year. Overall I canceled my subscription and am just buying gold and silver from other vendors. The positives of bullion box include easy ship to your door, and good customer service if you call in. Negatives include: Disparity in value, going off spot prices each month and what I received in each box there was a median value of $178. That means there was a median $72 that GMR was taking for operating costs, that seems a bit high.

No customer service or care whatsoever!

I've been a member for more than two years until now. The last five months I have been charged for my monthly subscription and only received ONE box, and that was after repeated calls and emails. There is also no customer service access from the billing portal, no chat help, not even a phone number. Absurd. Ripoff. Take your business elsewhere...ANYWHERE else.

Update: Company has finally been in contact

EDIT: company has contacted me, admitted fault and apologized. They explained there was some form of an error where my payment was showing due but I had already bought in advance. Company offered me 3 options- to send my missing boxes all at once, reactivate my subscription, refund. I chose to have it all sent at once. I will update the review upon receiving boxes.

An issue arose where I paid for an annual subscription and got a few boxes sent to an old address, then I contacted the company to-change my address and upgrade my subscription. Everything was going fine and they were shipping to my new address until one day my subscription disappeared and my address on file changed. I had reached out 4 times over the past year+ via the support button on the site and gotten no reply.

Well worth the investment!

I signed up for the bullion box monthly subscription on October 2nd 2024 and had a bit of a rough start with the service which has been remedied to my satisfaction. Rob the sales manager made it a point to reach out and provide the information I needed and made me feel like a valued customer who was being heard. If you feel like you aren’t getting the responses to questions or the email turn around is slow, just give them a call!

Awesome Experience

Did some research and after doing my research and reading some reviews I decided to go with GMRgold. Very glad I did. Rob Lietzke and the rest of the staff did an awesome job. I knew from the minute I walked in I had made the right choice, Rob was very thorough and explained everything making me feel very comfortable. You cannot go wrong with GMRgold.
