It is a scam !!

Please just type the name of the brand on twitter or Tik Tok you will have all the receipts ! If you just placed an order please call your bank to report the transaction.

I have placed an order in january 2023 never received it and I never been refunded. They’re currently lying on instagram saying that they’re currently refunding previous customers (it’s a lie of course) dropping a new collection, teasing new clothes while they own people money.

The owner Cieran Solomon Amoah is currently in Dubai chopping life like a thief !

I just remembered about an order I made 2 years ago that never came. It was £17 so I'm not too fussed but not very good business practice to sell dreams

Just letting people know not to order. It’s a scam. The story behind the scam came out that allegedly the guy who owns the brand known as Cieran Amoah used the money to pay for his wedding and had no intentions of fulfilling the orders and just needed the money to pay for the wedding. He has made another brand “Cous” so beware. Once a scammer, always a scammer. I don’t think it is doing well anyway inevitably it was bound to happen because he screwed up. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

absolute scam, i ordered in april 2022 and fell for the “supplier and website issues” apparently explaining why no one had received their orders. contacted them in dec 2022 to which they said items would be dispatched in 30 days. SURPRISE! they weren’t. contacted them several times since with no reply.

i’ve just tried to get the money back from paypal which refused as they only give 180 days to dispute transactions, and my bank only gives 120. my guess is that gnocci knew this and so kept selling their customers dreams and delaying the delivery date so customers wouldn’t be able to claim their money back!

they should honestly face legal action. it’s such a shame they leeched off of mostly POC’s and put forward this ‘family dynamic’ and ‘urban aesthetic’ if the owner needed help to pay off his debts he could’ve gone to citizens advice not made a whole company just to just to scam all of their customers. broke and embarrassing.

still no refund… after 2 years…
£250 gone to this guy, he created a new brand and closed all his old accounts down, i’ve tried to contact multiple times.
Told I would wait for a restock.. then said i’ll wait for the refund after the apology.. not heard anything since. i made 3 purchases ill never get back

Promised a refund that never arrived, no order arrived either. No replies from them and no website anymore. Too late to dispute through PayPal after all their promises. Big scammers that played on the idea of ‘family’ and f***** over people who were genuinely up for supporting them. Disgusting.

It’s a scam.
They were doing a massive ‘sale’ in April 2022 saying they will ship it in a few months. It is now November 2023 and I haven’t received anything, no order and no refund. Their Instagram is inactive and website deleted. They took money using PayPal- bad idea from my end this should have been a red flag.
Horrible humans, they should be prosecuted for stealing peoples money.

How do I give ZERO stars ?
The guy that "owns" this brand and the people who backs him are all wasters/scam artists etc etc.
Several orders placed from APRIL 2022 because of the never ending "SALE" they have. . . They promised us that it will arrive - but I guess tomorrow never comes.
I can't even write this review properly because it's so frustrating!

The website no longer exists, the email address have been deactivated too, their IG page is no longer active.

Awful. Ordered on 09/01/2023 and still nothing. Have emailed them countless times, with no response whatsoever. DO NOT BUY!!!

My first order with Gnocchi went smoothly but I am still owed £100+ worth of clothes that I ordered a year ago. Not received a thing :(

Ordered back in June and July 2022, 2 orders of around £50 total.
After them claiming it'll be posted soon, over and over again. Claiming they had issues with their warehouse etc so many excuses. They have now disabled any form of contact and no refunds are able to be given? Scam! And so is their new company!!

Ordered for a capsule pre order in April 2022, it’s not end of May 2023 and nothing baring in mind it said we would receive in August 2022, I’ve emailed and no response IT IS A SCAM! They are just trying to steal peoples money

I ordered 4 items in August 2022, got a confirmation of my order. After that I didn’t receive any tracking information or any information on when my order would be out for delivery. I had to email them to find out, I got an email back telling me there were delays and the order would be delivered out towards Christmas time, so I was happy to wait. In February I emailed again about where the order was and they said again there were delays so it’s be another 30 days until it could be out for delivery. It’s now April, I haven’t had any information on where the order is or what is happening with it. I have requested a refund and hopefully it’ll come.

I made a pre-order during on the sales in 2022, which I expected to receive in Autumn. I didn't receive an update regarding whether my purchase had been shipped or an ETA. I followed up with an email but didn't receive a response. I follow the company's IG account on which they would frequently post info regarding delays with their supplies and they had said orders should be fulfilled by the New Year. I trusted them which meant I never filed a dispute with my bank. We are now in April 2023, and I still haven't received my order nor the refund I requested months ago. I tried to file a dispute with my bank but since it was made outside of the 180 day time frame the bank cannot action my request. Although I feel grateful that I only spent 25 pounds whilst other customers have lost more money, the whole experience has been completely unacceptable. I would feel settled if I received honest communication from the company to atleast say they have financial issues and not in a position to make returns but their store is still live and you are able to make purchases- this is very untrustworthy and an extremely poor way to operate a company. We are in a cost of living crisis and many have been hit hard by it 30 pounds can be used for buying groceries or towards TFL costs. There are very tangible things we could've used our money with that we spent on unfulfilled orders. This is a complete disgrace.

Incase you haven’t noticed- it’s a total scam. The owner should be in prison not getting married with our money. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to fall for it. Furthermore- I can’t believe the site is still up and flogging the non existent pretend items. How he still has the balls to keep scamming people legit a year after it’s been outted as a scam is beyond me but I pray nobody else orders from that joke of a brand.

SCAM! Ordered things from march 2021 and march 2022, nothing has arrived. When I asked they said it would arrive within 7-10 days 🧢

Scam Ordered nearly a year ago still didn;t get my stuff, no contact with the company.

TOTAL SCAM do not buy anything from them, was told i’d be refunded over 2 months ago and not seen a penny, they just lie on instagram, over email if you can ever get them to reply and they’ve turned all comments off on instagram and disabled this site which was ‘dedicated to dealing with old orders’, don’t think i’ll ever see the money back or the clothes they claim have been in production for over a year
