Everything went well, I got nice & real silver jewelry. With the coupons & discounts it can be average 20-30€/charm, better and safer option than Aliexpress/Temu/Shein etc. where you can get between 10-20€ but sometimes fake & not silver.

strongly advise against purchasing from Gnoce. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I repeatedly received assurances that my order would arrive in time for a birthday, as it was intended to be a gift. However, I never received a shipping confirmation. Each time I inquired about the delay, I was given inconsistent explanations — first that the product had just been manufactured and was awaiting quality control, then that it would be shipped within 72 hours. After 144 hours, I was again informed that it had only just passed quality control and was ready for dispatch.
As a result of these delays, I was forced to purchase an alternative gift at short notice.
Furthermore, I had to request a refund multiple times, as I was repeatedly offered discounts instead of a proper resolution, despite clearly stating that I no longer required the product. I was then informed that a 10% fee would be deducted for cancelling the order. This is both unfair and unacceptable, particularly given that the company failed to fulfill its contractual obligation by not shipping the product even after 36 days.
I will not be purchasing from this company again and cannot recommend their services. I am currently awaiting my refund and sincerely hope it will not take an additional 36 days to process.

Customer Service is great and the charms look good. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the necklaces are too short. Bought one, turned our returning is a nightmare but they gave me store credit instead, chose a different one that looked a healthy size but still fits like a choker rather than a proper necklace
