Second watch I've now bought from Gnomon, service from Anders brilliant, living in Melbourne received both watches within 3 days! Prices comparable to any other online shopfront.

Highly recommend.

I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service after a purchase. At the beginning of March 2020 I was in Singapore for Business and purchased a Steinhart watch at the Gnomon store. Ithe watch is very nice but one week later, after I had returned to the United States the bracelet fell apart. A threaded pin fell out somewhere and the watch fell off my wrist. My guess is that when Gnomon sized the watch for me that they failed to properly tighten the pin. I emailed Gnomon to ask about getting it fixed but to date have had no response. So I'm stuck with an $800.00 watch that I cannot wear. What really peeves me is that I paid extra for the jubilee style bracelet which fell apart. Bottom line, nice stuff but poor aftercare.

Fantastic experience of buying from Gnomon; really fast delivery and superb communication from the sales / support team. I will be using them to shop for a watch again.

I bought a glycine sub gl0269 for almost 600 dollars because it says it a collaboration with gnomon watches and glycine. could not find any for sale before I bought mine.after I received my watch all of a sudden they are popping up for around 400 dollars.also they seem to be dodgy with what movement is in it showing eta 2824 or a sw200.all I can say is becareful when ordering from them and do ur home work before u buy anything from gnomon watches.

Ordered a Ball watch from Gnomon. Their customer service is impeccable. From initially placing my order to the watch arriving at my door (under 3 days to east coast US) the entire purchase experience was flawless. They kept me updated on the order status regularly. It was a pleasure doing business with Anders and his team at Gnomon.

Gnomon shipped me the wrong watch then were very slow with responding to their error. Also the process to return the incorrect item to them and receive a refund was extremely complicated, frustrating, and slow. I would not purchase from them again as they have poor order processing and poor customer service.

I just got my 12th watch from Gnomon, every one I purchased came to South Africa with in 3 days,congratulations to Gnomon and staff, for the continues professional manner.

I ordered the Seiko sbbn031 (my grail watch) and asked Anders Tan about alignment and he was very honest and advised I wait for their next batch which I did and he picked one out for me which was perfect and got it to me within a week,this has been the best online shopping experience and I will be buying from Gnomon again without a doubt the best place to get your JDM watches from.

I ordered 2 Steinharts here- always window shop on the site. I thought the timeliness great and very pleased with product.

I bought a Steinhart Ocean GMT from them and they delivered fast and with no problems. After a couple of months the GMT marker wasn't adjusted well any more. I wrote a couple of times to them only to find out that they really have a bad costumers service. In the end I sold the watch. Think twice before you buy from them. In case of a problem you might find yourself in the rain and the joy of a once desired time piece is gone.

got my watch in a timely manner and it was cheaper and came with all the tools needed to change bands and a little pouch to hold your watch very impressed

Ordered at the weekend, delivered by the Wednesday of that week. Really fast secure packaging. Would have liked to have got my watch from Steinhart personally but it was a Gnomon exclusive - no complaints about the service from Gnomon though. Tracked all the way with Fed ex. Minor detail was having watched quite a few unboxing vids, everyone got a free nato strap and a thank you note - I didn't 😭 oh well, no complaints at all but would have been extra nice treat.

Note - my experience has been ordering and delivery, cannot comment or vouch for having issues with having to deal with Gnomon if there were problems with the watch, mine was perfect out the box 🤠

I have never had an online watch retailer experience like I had with Gnomon watches! From lightning fast shipping in the most secure air cushioned case I have come across to the brilliant extras they included that assured me that real care and thought went into the whole customer experience, I was blown away.

In addition they make some exclusive design collaborations with companies such as Steinhart, and still manage to have hyper competitive pricing. I will absolutely be ordering from them more in the future!

I’ve ordered two watches from Gnomon so far, (Steinhart Ocean One and Seiko 5 Sports JDM.). Both watches arrived in 3 days from Singapore to St. Louis, MO, and were well protected. They also included free gifts with both orders, (extra straps and a leather protective bag.). I will definitely be buying from Gnomon again!

I reached out to Anders Tan of Gnomon Watches months ago as I was researching two watches. He was very helpful and responsive. When I decided to purchase both watches I asked if he could examine the GMT model before shipping to make sure the GMT hand didn’t have any issues. He did so without hesitation. The watches arrived from Singapore to the San Francisco Bay Area in five days via DHL. I originally thought one of the watches had an issue and Anders was again very responsive and informative. I highly recommend Gnomon and will definitely buy future watches from Anders. Thank you!

Ordered a Damasko DS30 on Friday 30th August at 3:49pm Singapore time.On my wrist,Monday,2nd September,6:55am NZT here in New Plymouth. Pretty hard to complain about that.
Yes,answering emails at Gnomon is a 1 star count,but you have to give them their dues when it comes to freighting of watches/accessories worldwide.
I've purchased watches/straps from Gnomon several times and had to return a Seiko Tuna solar once.
Gnomon seem to reply to emails when absolutely necessary. I've had several go unanswered,and therefore given up on them as far as questions about the Dievas brand. However,it really is impossible to complain about their sales and delivery standards.
I will use them again,and again,no doubt.

I bought a Squale ED watch In Gnomon but it stopped quite often; it’s quality not as good as they say.

I ordered a GMT Ocean One Titanium 42mm back in February 2019.
When I received it I notice that the GMT hand did not line up at the 2400 hr marker, it was off about (20) min. on the hour.
I notified Gnomon and they sent me this message:
**Send the watch back to us wrapped in layers of bubble wrap(without the original box please) and the warranty card using a secure, traceable courier.

Please email me a copy of the receipt once you ship, so we can reimburse you the return charges of up to $40.

Please declare package as a repair watch and under $250 to facilitate customs clearance.

Please allow 2-4 weeks upon receipt of the watch for it to be ready.

As of July 1st 2019 when Anders Tan received my watch, it has now been (6) weeks! I sent out (4) emails along with (2) phone calls (NO Answer) to inquire about the status of my watch. Still as of today 8/12/19, NO REPLY on the status of my GMT!! I have purchased (4) watches from Gnomon (2) Squale and (2) Steinhart over a three year period - no problems with those, but this has been a bad expierence to say the least. For a $700. watch and prior custumer, I would expect better communication. Bottom line - DO NOT SEND BACK FOR REPAIRS!! I will keep everyone up to date with the outcome - hopefully very soon...not happy.

I ordered a watch via Paypal there after being specifically assured that this model is in stock . Shortly after my order was in the shop indicated that the watch is out of stock and GNOMON sent me - without any communikation - a completely different watch. Although a free return was offered, but the customs fees I would have paid in vain. So I had to keep the wrong watch.

Purchased an $800 Steinhart watch. A couple of months after receiving, one of the screws in the band came out and was lost. That was 5-months and about 10 requests to Gnomon later. Once they get your money, they forget you as a customer. I cannot recommend them considering their terrible follow up support.

REPLY TO BELOW: No...I had the correct email. I received promises that the screws would be sent, but never received. You seemed to have the correct address for the watch so why are the screws such an issue?? I've since re-verified my address...still no service.

FOLLOW UP: I have now received my screws as requested. Unfortunate that it tool a poor review to get action, but I was ultimately taken care of by the company. Thank you.
