Absolutely amazing service from start…
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!
I’d never kitted out a stand before so was absolutely clueless and feeling completely overwhelmed. Caroline was exceptional and guided me through the whole thing from initial web query to delivery, solving every problem we threw at her. I cannot recommend her or Go Displays enough! Thanks so much 🙌

Excellent Service
Excellent service. Caroline talked me through the process and helped me with the design with regards to our scheme. She advised on the best options to use for our shell scheme and made it simple to liaise with our graphic designer on sizing options. She advised me on image resolution and made sure I was happy with the proofs by sending examples of 100% scale rendering to assess. I had to be totally satisfied before Caroline would go to print.

Good product however poor customer…
Good product however poor customer service. Paid for next day express service, called to confirm and was ensured product will be received next day before 12. Item did not arrive and was told there was an issue with dispatch team. I mentioned it was urgent was was hoping it would arrive the following day. Did not arrive. No effort to reply to consecutive emails chasing up the order. Its a shame the the efforts of a whole team are put down by a few.

We did explain that we were experiencing issues with our courier as they had stopped all collections and organised for another courier to collect and deliver your order as soon as we could. We can only apologise for the delay in shipping, unfortunately the situation was out of control in this instance.

Helpful, easy to work with
We have used Go Displays a couple of times and on both occasions have been really helpful and really easy to work with. The display stand we ordered was really easy to set up and the graphics they printed look brilliant.

Last minute angel!
I had a last minute (like literally two days) to get an streamline Stand. Caroline was a complete angel! I'm sure I called panicking and she was so calm and helpful (I called at 5pm on Friday). I was Amazed!
I ended up picking up my stand because it was too close but it was perfect! .. Thank you Caroline

The Universal Display System
The Universal Display System I received from Go Displays is brilliant. Light, very well built and looks great. I received a lot of comments from many people at a recent exhibition on just how good it looks. Smart and very neat lines.
I know it will serve me well through many exhibitions. It's so easy to put together.
