I’m a former Smile Direct customer and, when they folded, I worried about where I could get my retainers from. Dr Bagadi and his Go Ortho team reached out via email, but as I had never heard of this company, I was a little dubious. After doing my research, I decided to give them a go, and thank goodness I did.

I placed an order for retainers; however, when I received them, they didn’t fit correctly. I sent an email regarding my concerns. Dr Bagadi and his team contacted me immediately and asked me to send photos. Dr Bagadi agreed that the fit didn’t seem right and offered me a new scan, which I had done the very next day. He explained that the impressions he had may have been old.

The Go Ortho team kept me updated every step of the way, and I received my new retainers within three days. The service was fantastic and they were very apologetic and even sent an email to inform me that my new retainers were on their way.

I couldn’t have asked for better service and couldn’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for aligners or retainers, please give them a go — you won’t regret it.

Dr Bagadi is so helpful with the full process and helps out and answers my questions.

I’m a former SmileDirect customer and was looking for a reliable way to maintain my smile long-term. Go-Ortho reached out to me directly via email and let me know they could create my impressions using my existing SmileDirect information, which made the whole ordering process incredibly easy and stress-free.

There was a small issue with my wisdom tooth on the first set of retainers I received, but Go-Ortho handled it perfectly. They had no problem correcting the issue, were very responsive, and quickly sent out a corrected set of retainers.

Overall, the service was excellent and the delivery was fast. I really appreciate how smooth and customer-focused the whole experience was. Thank you, Go-Ortho, for the great service!

Brilliant service! Like many people I was so worried about maintaining my new smile when Smile Direct folded and I held off from ordering from Go Ortho for ages as it seemed to good to be true. I SO wish I had ordered before as the service has been great. I've chosen the 6 monthly subscription which offers excellent value for money and I'm delighted. I ordered by first retainer a couple of days ago and it's already arrived and fits perfectly. Thank you!!!

Never bought anything from them, only had a query from SmileDirect, how did they get my details, well, they must have collected all data from SmileDirect and now spamming people. There is no way to Unsubscribe, every time they promised all details have been removed according to GDPR but still many years later, emails pressuring me to buy from them when I never had any alignment done. This company needs reporting as how did they source all the details from SmileDirect?
I just had 15 emails for BlackFriday from Dr. Bagadi (SCAMMER). Who is this guy, I never contacted him!!

Thank you for the amazing service I received altogether! Good retainers (only tried them on, but they look of good quality), super fast delivery, excellent customer service who replied and corrected my address that I completed wrong on the ordering form.

From what I can gather, company founded as Smile Direct Club folded, terminating my ongoing treatment. Kept my information and offered to continue my treatment for a extra fee and spammed me via email to try to pressure me into buying retainers. Untrustworthy business practices

Go Ortho aligners are amazing. I previously had smileclub direct but did not get on with the aligners. So I was cautious with trying another aligner, but with Go Ortho I could order just a small batch to try them out and was instantly impressed with them and could easily ware them constantly. They are crystal clear, comfortable and i had no lisp from them. I'm about half way through my treatment and very happy with the aligners, service and price. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience with Go Ortho - highly recommended. Initial scanning required was very straightforward and included in the cost. As others have said, dentist goes out of their way to explain the course of treatment. Lots of helpful emails and great customer service and they always strive to provide a seamless service.
