The worst scam of the 21st century

The worst scam of the 21st century! I am always vigilant, yet Go2 Completesave has managed to scam me out of £18 a month for over a year. They certainly deserve a "scam award" for 2025!

How did this all begin? I noticed that £18 had been deducted from my account last month by Go2, which immediately raised alarms since I have no recollection of ever engaging with this company. To date, I still have not heard of them.

I promptly contacted my bank to block Go2 from further charges. Then today, I learned that Go2 attempted to take their usual £18 again. I called my bank for assistance and discovered that Go2 has been taking £18 from my account for the past two years! The bank provided me with the Go2 phone number. When I spoke to a representative, I was shocked to hear that I supposedly signed up for a product from Argos and agreed to their services, which included a promise of a £20 cashback.

I asked if the £20 cashback had indeed been paid into my account, and their response was a resounding NO! They then suggested a partial refund for the money that had been taken without my consent . They then promised to send a claim form through my email which will be used to process refund for the rest of my money.

What a scam!

I have had £18 taken two days ago from my account. Reported it to my bank and they have assured me that any further attempts will be blocked. This occurred after I bought a ticket on the Trainline website. They are the source. I remember seeing the cash back offer arrangement and declined when I saw that I had to pay a subscription. Not sure I shall ever buy a ticket from Trainline again.

Thieves and Scammers – Expect Legal Action

GO2 Complete Save is nothing but a fraudulent, predatory company stealing money from people without their knowledge or consent. Like countless others, I NEVER signed up for your so-called ‘service,’ yet you’ve been taking £18 from my account every month. I never entered my details into your website, and I certainly never authorised a direct debit – so spare me the copy-paste excuse you slap on every other complaint.

Your entire operation is a scam, preying on unsuspecting people and then gaslighting them into thinking they somehow agreed to it. No amount of ‘customer service’ spin will change the fact that this is outright theft. I want every single penny you’ve taken from me refunded immediately, or you can expect to hear from my legal team.

For anyone reading this – CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. If you see charges from these crooks, report them to your bank and raise a fraud claim. This company should be shut down.

Who are these people?

Who are these people? Yet another scam. I contacted my bank to report a suspected fraudulent transaction but the payment was still taken by these criminals. If you see anything on your bank statement make sure to call your bank and report it straight away. I am now down £36
