As a follow up...

The reply made by Go365.io to my earlier feedback is half truth. Yes, there were calls made. However, in one of calls, they would still want me to go back to the table so-to-speak and insisted to proceed with the trading which I'm no longer interested. I just would like to get my money back. Likewise, in one of the calls, I was assured that I can withdraw my funds if such was my decision.

Moreover, an email was sent to the Account Manager practically begging for the withdrawal of funds. Afterwhich, several drop calls call were received.

Up to now, there is no clear indications that Go365.io is true to their words that my funds can be withdrawn...

cheating and spam. once you have paid, you can no longer get it and getting your money back is an impossibility. all day long you will be bothered with automatic calls and bitcoin advertising.

It's insolent to say I have multiple accounts. Based on my experience, I only want to prevent people from losing their money and being bothered by telephone terror and spam mails.

Stay well clear. From agents asking for the password to the account that I added my deposit too, to getting 10+ calls a day this is a nightmare. The only choice I have left is to change my phone number . They will obviously deny all this, but please contact me for screen shots of my call list and call recordings of their harassment.

got my money back from this company when I asked for a withrawel. the withrawel time is upto 7 days. I mean the reason for my withrawel was I had joined too many brokers .so thanks to go365 for giving my money back

Original post 2019, (updated below): Hmmm...I'm generally confident of them and, initially, while setting up m account, the customer service was excellent. But then my account manager went on leave and I've not been able to get any support/advice - just lots of promises to have someone call me. As trading help is the main USP of 365, it just leaves them as another trading platform. I don't doubt that they are a legitimate operation but I wanted to test them out before investing more and, at the moment, I'm not sure I will. Maybe they can still change my mind.
UPDATE feb 2020: I've changed my mind. Some things with Go365 to be aware of - none of the staff I spoke to know what rate commission is charged at, you only see the amount after you have opened a position and it can range from 0.01% (which it was for me for the first few months) and suddenly jump to 2%+ without warning (which it did just after I had mentioned I wanted to withdraw some funds...coincidence?). Swap fees can also get added any time including retrospectively, and again, without warning. You pay swaps even on short positions and at unknown rates. At one point the total fees were running about 5-6%, After allowing a small withdrawal in the early stages, withdrawing become an issue and all sorts of reasons were given. Note - if you are offered credit, you cannot withdraw any money until that is all 'paid off' (ie. you have done a certain level of trading volume) - or at least, that became the latest reason I couldn't withdraw. Essentially, as far as I can see, the model is that you are pushed to open the max number of positions and then the goalposts are changed so that you lose everything.

Have been trading my crypto coins here, and have got great returns. Their rate of exchange is quite moderate, execution is fast, and the payment is prompt as well!! 5 stars.

It’s difficult to credit the other reviews on here. I can only assume that the other reviewers have not yet attempted to get their money out rather than the reviews being fraudulent. Try and make a withdrawal and see what happens!

The SCAM by go365.io is quite sophisticated. The SCAM uses the FronTrader platform (well recognized) and at first the investment seems legitimate. You will receive numerous emails and calls (often, they don’t know your name) from various random individuals asking about your investments, whether you are a ‘trader’, etc; they all end up asking you to make ‘further investments’.

The SCAM becomes apparent once you attempt to make a withdrawal. The withdrawal is flagged as ‘pending’ and stays that way; you will never see any money back.

Go365 claims to be registered in Estonia, however any monies you pay them will be routed to Lekki in Nigeria.

Please, don’t be defrauded by the go365 SCAM.

As a new trader, I have found this trading platform highly trustworthy and helpful in keeping me on track, especially with regards to the latest security technologies and protective policies.

These people are committed to delivering the highest quality user experience possible but however, I think the commission could be lower for larger purchases. Overall, fine experience!

Recently made my first bitcoin exchange through this platform and my experience was quite amazing. From the user interface, customer support to the order execution everything was perfect. If they speed up their withdrawal process also than no one can beat them.

They are really worked well on the customer support. My last withdraw was successful and without the issue. I hope they continue to serve us better.
