"Helpful Support, but Website Could Be More Transparent"
I reached out to customer support regarding an order I placed. The representative, Alero, was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout our conversation. They are currently in touch and actively assisting me in resolving the issue, which I truly appreciate.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to simulate a purchase to find out the shipping costs, as this information isn’t clearly displayed on the website. Providing this detail upfront would greatly improve the shopping experience.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the support received. Thank you, Alero!
