Good prices but poor service if something goes wrong
They do offer competitive prices and if you can wait a bit for your delivery it's all good. But with my latest order it took 2x the initial time estimated and now that I need to return the item their system is not working me at all. It seems impossible to contact them with no reply to two emails and the UK phone number not working.

False delivery promises and extortionatei return costs
Terrible service. First, they advertise false delivery deadlines which they do not honour. As a result, item (kids shoes) got delivered late and took more than 1 week to arrive, missing the Christmas deadline and forcing me to buy something else in a hurry. Then, when you want to return the item because it is not needed due to their late delivery, they charge you £10.99 for return shipping (for a £35 purchase!). To be absolutely avoided, there are much better places to buy from, with more normal return fees/policies. I have never seen such an extortionate shipping cost being charged to return a pair of shoes

Waiting over a month for delivery
Ordered on 11/19/24 today is 1/7/25 only response is product delay. There is a new delivery date 1/15-1/23/25. Not sure how trustworthy this is on their website. It seems that many of us ordered around the same time and are still waiting with little to no update. Is there a delay with the supplier, or did you guys mess up with your inventory? Be honest and let us know. I ordered these boots as a gift and expected delivery in Dec. All I could do is give a picture as the item for the gift. That is lame.

Just ordered football boots . we ordered eu4.5 and they are now trying to send us EU44. I told them . even showed them that while they are preparing shipping....not yet shipped . They wont change the order . what a sh1t service ....Never use !!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking customer customer and refused parcel.
Return number 5772739 - I brought some football boots for my husband, there was a glitch on the site as when the boots arrived they were a kids size 11 not an adults size 11. I contacted Goalinn on there website and they said they would give me a free returns labels to send the boots back. I couldn't download the label, I contacted them again, they then refused the free returns label and said I would have to pay for shipping myself which was £10.99. I sent the boots back and tracked the parcel every few days, it took nearly 3 weeks. I have checked again today and the company has refused the parcel and the parcel is now going to be sent back to me. Please don't waste your money on this company. There customer service is shocking and now I'm £50 out of pocket for the boots and shipping.

The package was left in my rubbish…
The package was left in my rubbish bin..!
I only found this out after I emailed, ie I was not told before hand.
If I hadn’t it would have been taken away as rubbish!
Also, somebody signed for it, but seems that was the courier themselves..!
The product is as anticipated, but it took weeks to come..

Still didn’t get my package (Jan 14, 2025)
I made my order on November 19, 2024 and still waiting for my package. Tried contacting the customer service by email twice and no response.

Still didn’t get my package (January 7, 2025)
The only answer I got (after 6 emails sent) was that the package got delayed.
No money back.
No expected date for delivery.
Still trying contact with the customer service, before I dispute the transaction on my credit card.

Still no delivery after 3 weeks!
Ordered on December 1st, a Christmas present for my son. Was supposed to be delivered on December 18th (which was already very slow) but still no delivery. Very disappointed. Have requested a refund as I now have to go out and purchase a replacement present for Christmas Day.
