Thieves!
Despite numerous emails to this company, I still haven't received my refund ( goods were returned on November 11th. I am reporting them now to trading standards and their equivalent in Spain ( Spanish company). I urge anyone else who has been done wrong by this excuse of a company to do the same. Looking at their recent reviews a lot of people have been scammed by them. They think I'm going to give up and let them keep my money....they are very, very wrong!

Customer service is 0. Bought €200+ football boots, shipping was not free and was delayed by 6 days then wanted to exchange for bigger size, contacted customer service and was told we don't do exchange. My only option was to return product on my own cost and reorder again and pay again for shipping. They should learn from other online businesses where return and exchange is free.

Ordered goalkeeper gloves on the 25th of November and was advised as immediate shipping and in fact still is advertised as immediate shipping. Apparently they are still waiting for it to reach there dispatch centre… are they chasing it up? Nope. I was just told on a email from them it can take a few days to reach dispatch centre, it’s been 12 days…. Completely unwilling to help at all. Completely deceiving site.

We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses.
We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed.
In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers.
Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product.
On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.

I ordered a pair of football boots on…
I ordered a pair of football boots on the 20th of november, which was sold out anywhere else online therefore I was sceptical about the genuinity of the website. But it was quickly made clear that it was real as I received the order conformation and GLS tracking nr. within a day. The package was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th of november but it already came on the 24th. The product was exactly what I ordered. So all in all a good excellence.

If you're in the U.S., DON'T order from Goalinn!
Tomorrow will make 3 weeks since I placed the order for a pair of soccer cleats. The estimated delivery was 11/13 to 11/17. There hasn't been an update since 11/17---saying it arrived at the destination country. However, the USPS tracking only has tracking until 11/12 that indicates it's still in the Netherlands. So who knows where the package is?! I sure don't because I didn't get a reply to my email that I sent to their support last week. Should have just ordered from a seller on eBay! Maybe at least with that option, I'd more likely get a response to inquiries about my order.
In short, don't order from this company if you're in the U.S. Non-existent customer support, inaccurate delivery estimates, and we'll see if I can add non-delivery to this company's description.

I wanted to highlight an issue with the return process for my recent order. On your website, it states that the return cost depends on the weight of the item and starts from €8. However, when I created a return label, I was charged €14.
I contacted one of your agents, who told me the return price actually depends on the country, not the weight — which completely contradicts what’s written on the site. This feels misleading to customers.
I’m really disappointed with this experience and will not be ordering from your store again.
Reply: I didn't ask for free return, I asked for same charge as mentioned on your web site...

Terrible customer support and slow
It took more than a month for the order to arrive.
I finally got a message to come pick it up at the location, however, the website and tracking link did not include any address.
I contacted support and they simply kep sending me to the tracking site.
Zero help! Issue is still open.
