If I could give this company zero I…

If I could give this company zero I would.
The service did not work and didn’t find my husbands missing phone.

The 50p fee and then charging £39 the next day is not clear and screams of a subscription scam. This type of company should not be allowed to exsist. I’ve asked for my money back but they won’t give it to me.

It’s a disgusting way to be business. Do not use!!!! Do not pay any attention to the good reviews.

Terrible service

I paid 50p for what was advertised as 24-hour access. Without clearly notifying me, I was then enrolled into a monthly subscription costing £39. I was not aware that I had been signed up for a recurring subscription, and no adequate notification was provided before the payment was taken.

When I contacted the company to explain the situation and request a refund, they refused to refund the £39 charge. I believe this is unfair, as I only intended to purchase the 24-hour access and did not knowingly agree to an ongoing monthly subscription.
