Doesn’t work

My understanding of this service was that it locates the phone immediately but when paid 50p for it which by the way is only for 24 hours, it advised that the process actually takes 48 hours. Not very helpful if it’s been stolen and switched off and the sim removed. However I eventually found the phone a few hours later but got a text saying the phone was not found after 48 hours. The phone was literally with me, switched on and working and yet this service could not find it. So really don’t understand what the whole point of the service is.

Good so far

Good so far, as I’m technologically challenged then turned into a nightmare. I want to cancel, try doing that. Ask to speak to a human, can’t do that.

I am loathe to give one star
I would give none if that was available
Do not use this service
I never completed the form so I never subscribed but they still took £39 from my bank
They did reply to my email cancelling my ‘ subscription ‘ one that I never made!!!
