Worst customer service

Impossible to review the grass as it has still not arrived. Ordered on 11th April dispatched on the 20th and still not arrived. The tracking number doesn’t work. The customer service is non existent. When you call you are placed at number 4 in the Q after waiting your diverted to an answering machine 😡 they don’t reply to emails or the online contact form. Just take your money then don’t deliver and just ignore any attempts to find out where your order is

Part of order missing

Part of order missing, waited 30mins in phone queue and was diverted to voicemail. So far no response to email for refund.
Shame as product received is good quality.

Customer Service non existent

According to your email, Grass was despatched on April 23rd. One week later, I have had no information from your company regarding when I will receive the grass. Sent emails to you, none answered, been on the phone to you for over 3hours, no answer, Been invited to leave a message which I did and still no answer.
Seriously poor customer service

My son has ordered and paid for this…

My son has ordered and paid for this grass for a customer. Two weeks it's been, they said it has been despatched. Waited In but nothing. Cant speak to anyone as when u ring, they say all their lines has bed shut and u have to email, but nothing. There is no16 digit tracking either. As u can imagine the customer is at her wits end and so is my son. Dont know what to do. ......

Don't bother

Don't bother. Made an order with them, got emailed the tracking details which didn't work and then could only speak to someone via their website chat. 9 times out of 10 there was no one there and would take 24 hours for a response. Eventually I get told the courier had lost it (40sqm of underlay) and wouldn't be back in stock until August! Still waiting for a refund which I have a feeling I will need to go to the bank to get back for me.

Missing parts of the order nobody to…

Missing parts of the order nobody to contact no calls back from 7 messages in a week oh and they threw the 4m x 4.6m of grass over a communal gate into a walk way blocked the gate from being opened so we had to then remove Next doors fence panel to gain access to the garden to then move the roll of fake grass to access our garden.

Wouldn’t ever ever use or recommend this company and the delivery service they use

Very easy to order via website, lots of updates regarding where the delivery is etc. Astro is as expected, good quality for the price, very happy, thank you

Pros and cons

Easy to order online, Takes a while for anyone to answer the phone, although the 1 time I did manage to get through the lady answered my delivery query pretty quickly and got me my answers. Still no answer to missing accessories.

The delivery was late, Tuffnels updates were not helpful, the delivery guy clearly didn't want to hang about and there was nothing to sign as stated in email.

Definitely recommend.

Good product, fairly fast delivery and good price. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the communication. Didn’t reply to my email and couldn’t get through on the phone. Regardless of that small hiccup I would definitely recommend.
