Lack of transparency and appalling customer service! Do not buy from this company

Placed my order on 01/06 and am still waiting almost two months to receive my order. Did not receive any follow-up emails apart from the ones where I had to personally reach out to find out where my order was after several weeks no response/update. Very poor customer service, taking about a week to get back to any emails. When placing my order the grass was in stock so I expected to receive it in a few weeks - longer than normal as stated on the website taking into consideration the current crisis. Was informed after OVER A MONTH of placing my order that the item wasn't in stock and that I would have to wait an EXTRA 2-3 weeks for item to come back in stock. Taking in full consideration that with COVID-19 there have been delays but being able to place orders when stock isn’t available and having to wait over a month and still waiting is ridiculous and very bad serivce. After reaching out again after no response or update on my order I was told the order has been damaged or lost in transit by the courier. STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY ORDER. Their FB page is filled with customers asking where their order is. Very poor service and a huge lack of transparency from this company. This is the worst company I've ever experienced and would advise any potential customers to stay away and buy from other artificial grass companies.

Part 1 arrived last week, part 2 arrived yesterday, part 3 yet to arrive

Part 1 arrived last week (joining tape), part 2 arrived yesterday (grass piece 1), part 3 yet to arrive (grass piece 2) and impossible to get a planned delivery date. Get automated e-mail to say there is a 2 week delay. Voicemail is full when I call. Got notification that the order was dispatched by Go Artificial. The delivery tracking solution does not work and instructions very unclear and ambiguous. There does not seem to be any working support system for this operation and impossible to talk to anyone who could possibly assist. If Go artificial review this message then my order number is WEB154190. I would appreciate it if you could provide an estimate date for when I can expect the final part of the delivery pls, so that I can make sure that someone is home. Thanks!

Update: I am revising my review. I received some email feedback from on this order with the offer for a full refund or a replacement order - the final part has not yet arrived... That feedback was a week ago. I accepted the replacement option by return mail, but got the message to say that we will respond in the next 5 working... I still haven't heard anything about when this order will be re-delivered or if it will happen at all.. The business is still not contactable by phone (goes to voicemail box that's full) and when I followed up again this week I got the same automated email response. This is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business. I'm downgrading my rating to 1 star but if I could apply zero stars of minus stars then I would definitely consider it. The exception being the product itself is very nice and people do comment on how good it looks. If the customer service, response, communication/feedback were to improve considerably, then this would actually be worth recommending.
Update 3 - The final part arrived on 6th Aug. The communication did get better. The missing piece did match up with the first part delivery. The business was apologetic and probably inundated. I am satisfied with the final product, so adjusting my star rating to 2/3 to be fair.

It seems like a ghost company

It seems like a ghost company.
I received a roll of grass that was the wrong size and the of the wrong type .
Their phone numbers are never working and they never answered my emails

Very Happy

Overall, very happy with the service especially with the current situation. Ordered and delivered within 2 weeks, yes, there wasn't much communication, but I had a confirmation email and an dispatch email as promised.
The grass itself is lovely and exactly what i ordered.

The delivery was a bit impersonal but I understand that this was a different company. He was almost back in his van before I'd even opened the door, would have been nice if he'd stood back just to check that I was in.

Only 2 of 3 items have arrived

Only 2 of 3 items have arrived. Every time I ring to ask about the 3rd item it goes to voicemail, which is full so I cannot leave a message. I have just sent an email to try and get my 3rd item delivered
