So Felix Prehn turned to running his own business, but even still he was a glorified employee who had to show up in order to get paid. He turned to trading when he was hospitalised because of a back injury that came from chronic stress and overwork, but the worst part was that it would’ve cost $50,000 to operate on… Money he didn’t have at the time. At that point, his income was completely cut off because he couldn’t punch in the hours to get paid, yet his bills continued to climb.
Having no choice, Felix used his network and experience as an investment banker to learn how to trade from his hospital bed so he could at least make a side income to pay his bills. Before he knew it, within 10 months he had completely replaced his business income (and his previous corporate salary) with the income that came from his trades. So instead of having to wake up early, clock in, and get paid based on the amount of hours he worked… Felix was finally able to wake up feeling like every day was a weekend, have full control of his schedule, and make a comfortable income working a fraction of the hours he did as a lawyer and banker.
In 2020, Felix and his adopted Golden Retriever, Winston, started a YouTube channel called Felix and Friends to educate people struggling because of job loss, hour cuts, and income losses because of the pandemic to create an extra stream of income through trading for a few hours a week
Since then, he’s grown the channel to over 100,000 subscribers and has taught over 9000 students inside of GOAT Academy with his team of ex investment bankers how they can create more freedom, provide better for their families, and live life on their terms by replacing their 40-60 hour work weeks as corporate employees for becoming their own boss and “working” part time hours.
Today, Felix aims to provide real financial education that schools and universities have never provided to over 1 million people so they can stop getting taken advantage of by the corporate and banking systems, and instead, take back control of their time and finances to become better sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, friends, and community leaders.

well, my journey has lasted me five months now, and I couldn’t be happier.
In five months I’m up $635,000.
The number one thing I’ve learned is to put trailing stops a 5 to 10% on everything.
That has saved my bacon more times than I can even think.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Felix and his trade vision platform, Troy’s coaching,
and all the research and knowledge that Felix and Troy are providing me each month.
The money that I invested to join Felix‘s system was money well spent.
The knowledge that I’ve gained in these past five months will last me a lifetime, and I am very appreciative, thankful, and blessed for their knowledge given to me.
thanks, Jeff

I am in my last weeks of the program and am very happy with it. I had a little experience in investing before, but had no idea of risk management. After the basic course material you can visit live zoom classes every day on different subjects. But what sets the program apart is the 1 on 1 mentoring. Here i could work out an aproach to trading and investing that suits my situation. A special thanks goes to the customer support for reaching out to me when they noticed that i was struggeling.

Humour makes everything more interesting. Explaining the charts was important. I had a little trouble with the reception on my computer, it would freeze for a few seconds and the sound was glitchy, so I opened it up on my phone at the same time. I could see the big screen but listen on the phone and take screenshots which worked out fine.

I recently started the Wall Street Trading Protocol Trading Course with Felix.
While I am an experienced Investor, I had little experience with active Trading.
Onboarding was seamless. The lessons brief and to the point and supported with suitable documentation. The Coaches are passionate.
Still in the paper trading stage however that will change as my knowledge increases and I progress to live trading.
Thank you Felix.

Please pay attention to this review. I had my full heart into making this work and paid the enormous money they wanted for entry. Please, please, do yourself a favor and pass on this opportunity. They will tell you I’m not a Goat Academy member and my comments mean nothing. I have paid the thousands of dollars they ask and am so upset I did I can’t begin to express my disappointment. Please. Please, save your money. When they say there is a money back guarantee, they will put you through hell before they think about giving you that. Just save your money and find a simple coach who will teach you what you need to know. This is a TOTAL scam. I have been fighting them for weeks for my refund, even though I have done what you s asked for. Please save your money and educate yourself through other means much cheaper. I took this thinking they would give me a real education. Come to find out it was a week of simple investment strategy I already knew. Them it was supposed to be three months, or 24 weeks of coaching from mediocre coaches that were supposed to sustain the entire education. I am now fighting them for my so called money back guarantee. Please don’t do this. There are so many legitimate educations on YouTube. Google the legitimate classes!!!!!
I joined the GOAT academy (Wall Street Protocol course) back in April (3 month course) after watching many of Felix youtube videos and doing his short masterclass. (Which is really an introduction to what types of things you'll be learning in the main course.)
Firstly - I have to say the material is great. Especially if you're interested in understanding stock charts and following investment "rules." This however is not the place is you just want to be told what to invest in..... This course doesnt give you fish - it teaches you how to fish.
With that in mind it was exactly what I was looking for. FYI I have been investing for several years (self taught) but had recently started losing more and more money with current tariff uncertainty.
Since doing the course, my investments have stabilised and I have to confidence to dive in again knowing those kinds of "bigly losses" wont happen to me again.
Felix does get involved in as much as he shows what he is invested in (weekly) BUT personally I used those as learning examples, not a buy list. Thats the key I think. If you want to learn the community is there - really helpful and lots of chat and advice support from members and coaches.
Again for me personally the coaches make the difference - being able to speak once a week to seasoned investment professionals was really reassuring that I was on the right track.
The videos/streams are plentiful - and most sessions get recordings so even in other time zones you can use those.
OK - whats bad - (for a fair review). For me only 2 things:
1) Its pricey. Thats subjective. If you have more money to invest you'll make the cost of the course back quicker. Personally I looked at it as an investment in myself - so long term, its a no brainer! Will you make it back overnight? - probably not, unless youre NOT following the rules and taking massive investment risks. But I'd say you will not regret spending the money when viewed longer term.
2) Coaches get booked up pretty quickly. More of a minor one here - once youve tried a few its easy to pre book a coach on a weekly basis - so you can get into a nice routine / rhythm. But if you forget to book you can expect to be waiting for your fav coaches next free slot in a weeks time or more. Nothing that should put you off the course - just manage it from the beginning. :) This also says how useful the coaches are - theyre always busy!! (Not a bad sign!)
As a final note - I loved my time on this course and am sad to be "graduating." It would be great one day to be able to meet Felix and the team in person to say thankyou. - Me and the wife are huge cat people so I hope all goes well with the kittens Felix! (Theyre adorable!)
Given 4 stars - because nothing in life is perfect. Would give 4.5 if I had the option! ;)

Due to the sell below 50 day average rule I sold all the important stocks I should have kept. Now I’ll have to buy higher if I want back in the game. I wish I could get the goat entry money back but no one is responding to my request.
I, Joe M., now 77, stopped working (making money for others) in March of 2025. After challenging the Bank performance on my TFSA (Tax Free Savings Account), on April 23, 2025, I decided to take control by self-directing my account.
Being illiterate on the basics/principals of trading and excited about the gains that I experienced, I decided to subscribe to the Goat Academy on June 29th. Why the Goat Academy? Because I generated gains by buying and trading stocks following what I viewed on Felix videos!
What I did not do was to foresee the consequences of my increased stress, prompted by the trading and the new learning. As my health deteriorated, I was advised (told) by my family members and by the cardiologist to quit all self-directed trading activities!
I subsequently cashed all my positions, signed up with a Wealth Management organization, unsubscribed the TradeVision and contacted Levy Heskje, copied Felix Prehn, detailing my predicament and requesting to unsubscribe from the program.
On July 25, 2025, I was reimbursed for both my subscriptions of $192.00 and $8,050.00, for the TradeVision year contract and for the Goat Academy enrollment fee, respectively.
I promptly forwarded the refund notices from TradeVision and WHOP (Splitit Team) to Levi Heskje and gladly declared that Levi and the Goat Academy “Team” have honored their integrity!
Moral of my submission:
● To old-timers like me: Beware of self-directing finances/investments! It can be overwhelming, especially if you are “illiterate on the basics/principals of trading” and, as expected, if you have begun the natural/inevitable “cognitive decline”!
● To the “wannabe” investors/traders, consider the journeys and costs associated with professional qualifications! Such qualifications are aimed to provide the “best” possible financial remuneration, i.e.: A bachelor's degree in the USA typically takes four years to complete and costs, on average, $27,146 per year at an in-state public institution, or $58,628 per year at a private, non-profit institution. This translates to a total cost of $108,584 for in-state public and $234,512 for private, non-profit over four years, according to Education Data Initiative.
● This is just the beginning, as it is a stepping stone (often a prerequisite) for advanced degrees. These, if not subsidized, will cost a further 50 to 100 K.
❖ I, in hindsight, if younger and healthier, would definitely spend the 8 K and more, and would dedicate the necessary time to become educated in trading, to secure financial independence!
Considering todays knowledge, if my children were at the stage of beginning a professional education, I would support them for the training as prescribed in the Goat Academy curriculum!

I came here before I entened the academy.
I was not reading more than a pair of 5 stars reviews.
I watched the bad ones and the 4 Stars mainly. Because things are not black or white.
Here is a review from a student who was 2 months inside and still on the track.
I am since start of may part of the GOAT Academy.
I was first doubting if it was a good idea to pay (a reasonable ammount of money acc. to my standards) for that what I was expecting to learn.
But I learnt more than expected.
I have to say that I took the decision a bit because of my personal laboral situation, willing to learn something new and enjoy something I was interested on but didnt really understand so good.
I see myself now (middle July) speaking with friends and family like a developed person. I know more about psychology than I thought I would learn. I have more resilience to stay calm in stressful situations and also have fun learning and developing my skills in many other fields I didnt imagine i would with this course.
Probably it is everything a mix of my life situation and the decisions I am taking. It might be more courses out there that are good, better or worst. I decided to follow Felix because of his special carisma.
Once I enter the course, I felt a bit sad to understand that Felix could not be a couch himself (Felix is more in the recruiting and teaching in youtube, I think it would be almost impossible to be able to be also 1:1 coaching). I was feeling overwhelmed about being responsible for my own development, but the tools are in the site, there are people helping you how to start (sometimes with a bit of lag, but I can be its due to the people who entered in that moment) and the mentors. I almost buy the packet without mentors, and I would have probably not be that satisfied like now.
They are people you can learn a lot from. They have patience and are kind. I learn a lot about trading and investing, but also about finance and psychology. Its also interesting to know about their experiences.
At first it was difficult to book hours with them because of the number of people trying to take all slots but they corrected it and made it fair for everyone. They also hired more mentors.
I would give some feedback to get better!
-May be less chats, or the chat should be less chaotic (may be there is a way to communicate in a better way with other students)
-Mentor "corners" where they can organized their material and videos. Separating daily recordings from course material recordings (without students).
-New ideas that improve participation (for example cafe roulette). This would help the students feel less "alone" in the process. I missed a bit of that togetherness.
-More material diversified for European students (laws, taxes, retirement,...)
In general a good experience, need more structure but its growing and something seems to move on inside. Please work on it for the new students!
Thanks for everything.

Coming from a background as an analyst in corporate banking and a risk manager, I began this course as a novice trader — technically informed, but with little practical experience navigating the markets independently. I was looking for something that could bridge the gap between theory and practical execution — and this program delivered exactly that, in a refreshingly straightforward and supportive way.
Rather than overwhelming me with unnecessary complexity, the course focuses on a clear, rules-based approach to trading that is both accessible and actionable. The methodology is simple by design — easy to grasp, yet powerful when applied with consistency and discipline. It’s an ideal framework for people like me who are looking to develop structure and confidence in their trading.
The real strength of the program lies in the quality of the coaching. The mentors are not only highly experienced but also genuinely committed to helping each participant grow. Their support goes beyond technical explanations — they foster the right mindset, encourage accountability, and help me stay focused on the process rather than quick wins.
It’s important to stress: this is not a trade-copying or “get-rich-quick” setup. The course gives you the tools, but your results depend entirely on the time and effort you’re willing to put in. It teaches you how to think like a trader, not just follow trends.
For anyone starting out or seeking to bring more structure and intention to their trading, this course offers a clear, effective, and well-supported foundation. It’s a smart and worthwhile investment for those serious about developing real skill in the markets.

Goat Academy provides solid instructional videos, which are a helpful starting point. I'm just beginning to explore the coaching and the live/recorded sessions, but so far, I haven’t felt a strong impact on my trading. It would be more helpful if the program offered a clearer structure or development path—something to guide beginners step by step. Right now, I feel a bit unsure about what to focus on or how to progress.
After, over 30 years of investing, I am learning for the first time how to assess fundamentals of businesses properly and choosing stocks wisely, rather than relying on financial advisors or what someone said on a podcast or a youtube video,
The one to one mentoring is exceptional, as well as the numerous group sessions I have been on hosted by coach Jesus, which have been very informative and great for learning. The Q and A sessions are brilliant.
Felix’s youtube videos are not only a great learning source but also very entertaining!
Only been on this journey for the last 6 weeks, but already learnt a lot, but most of all enjoying it immensely.
Danielle, the customer support manager has been very helpful with all the minor problems and issues that I may have had when I started the course.
I joined Goat Academy 1 month ago and it has been a great experience so far. I learn new things every day from experienced mentors and I am working towards establishing a trading plan that suits my portfolio and needs for retirement. For example, yesterday I had a very insightful meeting with coach Jesus who analyzed my personal situation and gave me good advice to reach my goals. Thank you to Felix and all the coaches; I am so glad to be a member of the community.
Everyone at GOAT Academy is excellent. I especially appreciate all the wonderful coaches and the knowledge that they share. I also cherish the GOAT Academy Admins like Danielle, who has bent over backwards to ensure the experience here has been nothing short of excellent. If you put in the work, then you will see success.
I’ve recently started working through the Master Stocks course. I will be signing up for mentoring and options too. Huge amount of information well presented. I have been following Winston (and Felix his trusty ball thrower) for over 10 months. My understanding has increased immensely. I watch their free content daily and this alone helped me with my risk management. The humour is worth it alone…
they just try to sell their mentoring program. No really useful information about options trading
The information received was clear and easy to understand as well as encouraging.
