No transparency of rules

They have many options of accounts, this can be confusing. Something pitched as an offer often includes extra terms. They are not transparent at all, of course you can find it it the terms and conditions if you search. But important terms that affect your trading immensely are not stated clearly when you buy.

514814274

I joined GOAT Funded through the $1 promotional account offer.

However, my account was breached even though, based on my understanding of the rules, I did not violate the daily loss limit or any visible risk parameters. At the time of the breach, my account was in profit and there was no clear indication that I had exceeded any defined drawdown level.

I contacted customer support to request a detailed explanation of the breach, including the exact rule violation and calculation method used. Unfortunately, I have not received a clear or transparent response.

I am requesting a full review of my account activity and a proper explanation of why the account was terminated. Clear communication and transparency are important, especially in promotional funded accounts.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

FINAL NOTICE: Unjustified Payout Denial and Disputed Charges - Account 414352019

To whom it may concern,

This is my final formal communication regarding the unjustified denial of my $4,500 payout and the subsequent termination of my account based on false accusations of "device/IP sharing".

Despite providing irrefutable, objective technical evidence across 5–6 detailed emails—including official server invoices under my name, server logs, exact IP addresses, and a written statement from the CEO of Social VPS confirming my exclusive, dedicated, and isolated environment in London—your Risk Team has completely refused to review the facts, stating blindly that they "trust their database."

A database that misidentifies a 100% dedicated and private VPS as a shared device is objectively flawed. Your refusal to analyze hard technical proof and your decision to cease communication constitute a direct breach of your own terms of service and a violation of fair commercial practices.

Since you have chosen to ignore corporate transparency and withhold both my earned profits ($4,500) and the service I paid for, I have officially initiated a formal dispute and chargeback procedure through my banking institution (Revolut) for the cost of the challenge ($600 / €517).

All technical logs, invoices, and the full history of your support’s silence have been handed over to the card issuer (Visa/Mastercard) as evidence of service non-compliance and wrongful termination.

I expect no further automated responses. This email will be added to the banking dispute file to demonstrate your total lack of cooperation

I am disappointed with the payout…

I am disappointed with the payout processing experience at Goat Funded Trader (GFT).

I submitted my payout request more than 48 hours ago. My KYC has already been approved, and I received confirmation via email that there were no issues with my verification. Despite this, I have not received my payout, nor have I been given any clear update regarding the delay.

As a funded trader, timely payouts are extremely important. I planned to continue scaling my account and trading, but this delay has created uncertainty and affected my confidence in the process.

I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding the status of my payout and an estimated timeframe for completion. I hope GFT can resolve this issue promptly and improve communication with traders facing similar situations.

I have received your email regarding the margin usage violation identified on my Phase 1 account. However, I would like to respectfully seek clarification.

If the margin usage issue occurred during Phase 1, why was it not identified during the review process when I successfully passed Phase 1 and was advanced to Phase 2? At that stage, my account was already reviewed and approved to continue.

Now, after I have completed Phase 2 and was waiting for the funded account, I have received this notification based on activity from Phase 1. This is quite concerning from my perspective.

My concern is that if I accept a new Phase 2 account and successfully pass it again, what assurance do I have that the same Phase 1 issue will not be raised once more? Since the matter relates to trades taken during Phase 1, it would be unfair to discover it only after completing the next stage.

Terrible company don’t payout

Terrible company don’t payout
They offered a 1k account for 1$ the money was paid. They received the money then had a nurse that had his account already in the past. There’s nothing written about saying you can’t have multiple accounts. Imagine that as long as you’re paying they won’t give you the account so I asked my dollar back they told me they couldn’t give me my dollar bag. It’s all an email. I have a $25,000 account. I’m planning on I would no longer be paying on. I had one prior they did not pay me out on their fraud. I’ll be glad when the government shut them down. . I have a $25,000 account. Profits Removed and Payout Denied Without Clear Calculation

My experience with Goat Funded Trader has been very disappointing.

I requested a payout of $203.37 after successfully trading my funded account. However, I received an email from the Risk Team stating that my profits would be removed because they claimed I exceeded their 80% margin usage limit on several occasions.

The issue is that I do not believe I violated this rule. The company provided percentages such as 89.39%, 87.55%, and 87.12%, but did not provide a detailed calculation showing exactly how these figures were obtained. As a trader, I expect full transparency when a payout is denied or reduced.

Not only was my payout cancelled, but the entire profit was removed and my account was reset. I have since requested a detailed explanation and calculation of the alleged violation.

A prop firm should provide clear evidence and transparent calculations before taking action that affects a trader's earnings. Until I receive satisfactory clarification, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Worst prop firm

Worst prop firm. Support don’t even help without listening your problem they end chat. Its been 12 days my ticket is open but still nothing. Instead of 1:100 leverage on 2 step standard account they gave me 1:50 even after 12 days no help nothing support is very bad. Specially live chat with their agent its live ur talking to a bot.
They made me fail 2 phase because i use more then 80% of margin. Thats their mistake they gave me 1:50 leverage instead of 1:100.
I asked for refund. Ticket is open from 12 days. The only reply they say. Be patient. After hard work and days you put in trading. What you get nothing.
Guys stay away from this stupid prop firm. Non serious.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. They don't pay out once you become profitable. It's a cash grab. They refused my payout of just under $3,000 based on fabricated excuses. Firstly, the inactivity rule applies for more than 30 days - my account was only over 20 days old, so that was impossible. Then they alleged that I copied and traded on someone else's account using my funded account. I do not know any other traders especially in this prop firm. I'm a solo trader based in the UK, and I have never copied anyone. At the time, I had 3 accounts, all funded. Once they refused my payout, I stopped trading with them altogether. I also asked for details of my alleged breach and submitted a subject access request under UK law to obtain my personal information, which they are obliged to share. I never got a reply, which makes this firm incompatible with UK legislation. I am going to report them to UK authorities - hopefully they will ban them and fine them here. Also, if you try to complain or discuss on Discord, they will mute you. So don't bother - just use another more reputable firm instead.

Dear Goat Funded Trader Compliance Team,

I am writing this message to provide a full and detailed explanation regarding the IP activity that was detected on my account, and to clarify everything related to my trading behavior, internet usage, and device activity.

First of all, I would like to clearly confirm that I am the sole owner and only user of this account. I have never shared my account credentials with anyone, nor have I allowed any third party to access or trade on my behalf. All trading activity has been performed manually by me only, using my personal mobile phone.

I fully understand the importance of maintaining fair trading conditions and complying with your rules, and I respect all your policies regarding account security, IP consistency, and prohibited trading practices.

Now I would like to explain in detail the situation that caused the IP inconsistency between Djelfa and Algiers within a short time frame.

During my normal trading activity, I use two different internet connections depending on availability and stability:

1. My home Wi-Fi connection.
2. My mobile data connection (Mobilis 4G).

Both connections are used on the same personal device (my mobile phone). I switch between them naturally depending on signal strength, internet stability, or connection quality. This switching is not done to hide location or manipulate any system, but simply as part of normal daily internet usage in my area.

Because of this switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, my public IP address changes frequently. As a result, the geolocation assigned to these IP addresses by external databases may show different cities.

In my case, one IP was recorded as Djelfa, while another was recorded as Algiers within a very short timeframe of approximately 4 minutes.

However, I would like to clarify that:

- I did NOT physically move between these two locations during that time.
- I remained in the same physical place while trading.
- The difference in location is purely due to IP geolocation inaccuracies and routing differences between internet service providers in Algeria.

To further investigate this issue myself, I personally checked my IP location using different devices:

- On my computer connected to Wi-Fi, the IP location showed one city.
- On my mobile phone using the same Wi-Fi network, the location showed a slightly different city.
- On mobile data (Mobilis 4G), the IP location showed yet another city.

This clearly demonstrates that IP geolocation is not always accurate and can vary depending on the network provider and routing path used by the ISP. In Algeria, mobile network IPs are often dynamically assigned and may be registered under different cities even when the user is physically in the same location.

I would also like to emphasize that:

- I do NOT use any VPN service.
- I do NOT use any VPS or remote server.
- I do NOT use any proxy or IP masking tool.
- I do NOT share my account with anyone.
- I do NOT use any automated trading systems or copy trading tools.

All trading activity is fully manual and executed only by me.

I understand that your system flagged this activity due to security and compliance checks, and I respect your due diligence in ensuring fair usage of the platform. However, I kindly request a full review of this case considering the technical nature of mobile IP geolocation inconsistencies.

If necessary, I am fully willing to provide any additional proof you may require, including:

- Device information and screenshots
- Mobile network details (Mobilis 4G)
- Wi-Fi router information
- Any further verification required to confirm my location consistency

I assure you once again that there was no rule violation, no malicious activity, and no attempt to manipulate the system in any way.

I kindly ask for your understanding and a fair review of this situation, as I am committed to following all rules and maintaining a transparent and consistent trading record.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response and hope for a positive resolution.

Kind regards,

Proof of Genuine Customer Experience &…

Proof of Genuine Customer Experience & Technical Dispute

Company Name: Goat Funded Trader

My Account ID: 314936286

Platform Ticket/Order Reference: #106385890 (NAS100 Short Position)

I am a verified customer of Goat Funded Trader, and my review is entirely genuine. I am currently locked in a documented technical dispute regarding an illegitimate platform execution error on my account.

The Premature Execution Glitch:
I held a Short position on NAS100. My Stop Loss (SL) was explicitly set at 30,489.56. The platform backend prematurely executed a buy-back liquidation order at 30,474.97—which is 14.59 points EARLY. The trade was forced closed deep inside a candle body without price action ever touching my actual SL.

Pre-Emptive Rebuttal to Standard "Slippage / Spread" Excuses:
To prevent the company from using generic automated responses to mislead Trustpilot compliance:

Not Slippage: Slippage occurs when an order fills at a worse price due to market gaps after a trigger is hit. It is mathematically impossible for "slippage" to trigger a Stop Loss 14.59 points before the price ever reaches the modification level.

Not Spread Widening: The 14.59-point distance drastically exceeds standard high-liquidity index spreads on NAS100 during active sessions.

Evidence of Customer Suppression:
Instead of routing this to an engineer, the company's live web chat blocked my IP, and their Discord staff issued a 24-hour community timeout on my account 'Hunterx' to delete my public posts and hide this server glitch. I have attached full MT5 logs and proving this censorship.

This review represents a real, verified, unresolved platform failure and bad-faith customer service.

My experience have been the worst on gft, they add big spreads without even mentioning explicitly and not even the chart shows the spread, your order just gets filled above with a big gap.
And when I emailed them they didn't even give a response.
