All good until you decide to unsubscribe...
No matter how objectively good the service was, when it came the time to unsubscribe the process is NOT as straight forward as Subscribing to the service.
It took me almost a week to unsubscribe, chatting with customer service multiple days, replying to emails, being pushed into transferring account to other active users etc...
The experience of leaving a service is as important as using it, for that reason I can't give 5 stars.
A simple unsubscribe button is required with NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
