Bought the AYO+ glasses after using daylight lamps for many years. I wasn’t getting enough time in the morning in front of the lamp so the glasses are a great tool. I put them on the minute i wake up and wear them while getting ready. Its also easy to have a session while making lunch to get an extra boost of energy.
Everything from ordering to using to customer support has been a great experience. I recommended them to two of my work colleagues who have now also ordered them. Great for Winther blues and lack of energy in the fall and winther months.
I wasn’t sure I wanted the app as I dont like my gear being depended on apps that can discontinued or not updated. I bought the lifetime subscription with the glasses as I wanted to be able to use the glasses on full power and use red light at the end of a session. On future updates it would be great to be able to control this without having to buy an app.

I have a new mobile phone and I forgot my password. I asked for a reset in het app and then I received an e-mail with a new password to activate. Activation succeeded, but the app will not let me login. It keeps saying e-mail and password don't match. I tried several times, to no avail. I contacted support, but they don't respond. Not even a confirmation of receipt.
I paid for the more expensive option so I can customize the light sessions and use red light. All of that functionality is lost now.

Comfortable and effective light therapy that you can use on the go. Game changer for my energy levels during the winter. 😁👍

Using it daily for a few weeks now. Not sure how effective it will be in the long run to help with my sleep issues so verdict on effectiveness is out and time will tell but so far, no major improvement on my sleep. However for the price, the item feels flimsy and not well made. Concerned about the longevity of the unit and whether I will get my money’s worth with such a steep price tag. The app is not good. So far it’s proven useless to me and the additional cost, which is very high for an app, is a waste of money.

Only very few days using this light therapy glasses has helped a lot to improve my sleep. These are the best.

It’s too loose on my head, it’s whack that you have to pay for the app to get full strength, and the app sucks and is impossible to get out of the intensity screen without quitting the app.

Follow up- I am upgrading a start because I have been reached out to by the company in response to a review I submitted directly through them, and they have been super helpful, offering me a refund and trying to troubleshoot my issues. I am still not sure if I recommend the device itself, but I definitely would support them as a company again, and I also am not trying to return the device.

This is my second pair of AYO glasses as I was an early adopter backing this company already from day 1. I bought my first pair of AYO's back in 2015 when the company was just launching their first version of the product on the market. I bought it through a kickstarter campaign as I was looking to optimize my sleep and circadian rhythm. I remember when I just received the product I was very stoked by taking this device on my trip to Cuba to combat the jet lag. After that I used these glasses especially during the winter months, which are quite dark months with little sunlight overhere in The Netherlands. Then at some point in 2024 I needed to upgrade my pair as the old ones broke down. I decided to buy 2 pairs and gift one to my mother. Since then I continue to use the product every single day, also during the summer months. Just because I like the energy boost it gives me combined with a cup of Joe in the morning. This device just became part of my life style. As for the customer service, special thanks to one of the founders Aleksander who have been personally providing customer service to me as of day 1. During that time he answered all my questions and concerns and also set me up with a replacement charger case at some point. I can also confirm that the new version of AYO+ glasses are a lot more refined and sturdy than the first iteration of this device. I just love how simple it works. Just put it on and no hassle. The companion App for iPhone also evolved big time, and they are still pushing out updates on that. Long story short.... I can recommend this product wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to improve their sleep and circadian rhythm and also want to boost their energy. But keep in mind, if you are already feeling awesome and get enough sunlight in upon awakening then you might not benefit from the device as much as I do.

I have found the customer service to be excellent. I wrote three times with various questions and each time I was answered promptly. I also find the information provided with the glasses to be very good.

Good customer support although they could pay for the shipping cost to return the glasses.

Edit: they volunteered to pay in the end. I didn't notice effects with the product but the customer support is brilliant

This device is a gamechanger!
I use goayo nearly everyday when I feel a bit of a sudden energyloss right after lunch. I just wear the device and after 20 minutes I feel more refreshed than 2 espressos. I also used in in the winter to resynch my inner clock. It is amazing. I highly recommend goayo to everybody. Thank you guys for building such a great product.

Based on my experience so far, from the initial order to the delivery, the use of the AYO device and the support provided by the support team, I can recommend AYO without hesitation.

The service received from AYO was exceptional. I purchased my replacement AYO as after 8 years I managed to break the old mini usb loading plug and I had an upcoming trip. All effort (including extra shipping cost paid by AYO) was made to ensure I received my device with time to prepare and I received personalized tracking information making sured it arrived in time!

I have delayed sleep phase syndrome and am using my glasses to move my schedule up with my sleep doctor’s advice. AYO quickly replaced my new pair of glasses when I had some issues. They are very responsive to my questions with how to use the app and the emails about sleep are very useful.

There aren’t enough stars for me to rate the superb quality and benefits achieved from using the AYO+ glasses. These are I believe to be the BEST on the market and you won’t find better customer support than what is provided by the AYO team! They are second to none! The support and education they provide is invaluable and for Alex one of the co-founders to personally address my questions is beyond impressive. I learned about AYO when I saw a sleep medicine doctor put them on and state how excited she was to try them. I googled blue light/ circadian glasses and when I saw the AYO device I knew these were what she had on. I immediately researched them, their benefits the science behind them, read and watched video reviews on them and I knew I wanted to purchase from AYO and only AYO. The energy and uplifted mood I receive from after a session is unbelievable and that was with just 1 session. My sleep score has improved since using the device as noted by my sleep tracking ring. Good sleep is needed for good health. It is the foundation and with the use of AYO, my health is being enhanced. Thank you AYO team for being a blessing. I can’t recommend AYO+ glasses enough!!

Very responsive and positive outcome from contacting customer service. Their delivery algorythm routed my order thought the UK for a deliver to Ireland so I ended up with a €70 bill for customs charges. Within five minutes of contacting them they apologised and paid the bill themselves and I received the order a couple of days later. It's too early to review the Ayo product as only using it a few days.
