5 or 6 delivery attempts for the same package. No delivery!! Address is correct, door entry info sent multiple times. Receptionist at the door who has never seen a delivery attempt. Absolute terrible experience.

This was one of the most positive shipping processes I have ever dealt with. The people that delivered the pieces were wonderful to work with and so attentive/communicative. Will 10000% recommend this.

I order the products on Sunday and received the items on Tuesday. I checked the camera and saw the courier handle my heavy drink syrup with care.

The extremely large and heavy boxes were delivered on time.

Delivery was great

The delivery service was quick and efficient. I love this brand and those socks they dry yuck and are just perfect for a day use or to train.

I live in a condo building and supplied my buzzer number through their own delivery instructions section, as well as it printed in my address directly on my package. So the driver would have read it twice but instead put that my buzzer wasn't provided so my package wasn't delivered. The help chat isn't very helpful - it's all prewritten messages and you can't get any answers out of them. I like that it's sustainable but if I can't get my packages to be delivered properly, it's not worth it.

Delivery dates continue to change, and agents aren’t able to provide any helpful updates. I reached out the next day as a package was supposed to be delivered for a certain date, and the agent had the audacity to tell me it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and should be on its way-basically just looked at the tracking page and typed it out. Not able to provide me an exact date/time when they were looking to reschedule and just said “as soon as possible.” It’s been 3 days that it was received in their centre. I wish merchants would stop using them as a delivery company, stopped trying to cut costs and just pay a more reliable company to ship out their products. My whole experience with them has been so negative, and I will be avoiding merchants who use them to ship, as I still haven’t received my package (worth over $3000 btw) and no one is able to provide me any updates of where it is just that it’s “on its way.”

The driver was very communicative and helpful. He called prior to arrival while I was driving and I was able to meet him at the door. The box would not fit in the door so the driver assisted me with taking the item out of the box to get it through the door.
