Workers were polite enough. They seemed tentative in assembling the pieces. A bit more training, a little more experience might help. What took 1.5 hours could likely be completed in much less time.

Mover was great
Mover was great - quick, friendly and efficient. The process sucks when you have to reserve an elevator for 3 hour maximums and have no idea when the delivery is coming - it was stressful but happy it worked out.
Don’t leave packages out front was ignored.
I have 2 large signs outside and one sign by the door number that reads “do not leave packages out front -side door-“ The signs where ignored. I reach out to customer service and ask them how they train their drivers and if their drivers can even read English? If my package gets stolen, it’s on them. Clearly the drivers don’t care if the customers get their packages. As long as they get paid. Very sad.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Literally the worst experience I've ever had as a small business.
A brief overview:
-We hired Bolt as a 3PL in early Feb. 2022
-Their sales team knowingly lied on all their sales call promising processes that Bolt had no ability to do. Only after the contract was signed did they admit they couldn't do what they promised.
-The worst customer service i have ever experienced, there is nobody to speak to, just a general email and they couldn't care less about you or your business. They use canned email responses and do nothing.
-Some of my customers have been waiting in excess of 3 weeks just for Bolt to ship their order.
-Destroyed relationships with valuable repeat customers.
-Expensive as they add many many surcharges. Our warehousing cost tripled after moving to Bolt, while shipping approx the same inventory.
TLDR: Do not hire Bolt under any conditions. They are one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made as a small business owner and literally are a threat to my businesses survival right now.
