My go to shop for comics and graphic novels and has a great selection of stuff for all your geeky needs - customer service is on point! Great experience!

Recommended from a colleague. Got a tip about a Xbox Series X. Called the Chap, asked if he had any stock, confirmed he did and I asked if I could put a holding deposit on one to come and get it straight away. He insisted on just taking my name instead and true to his word I turned up a hour later and he had one at MSRP, brand new, sealed straight from Microsoft. Top experience with this place and good customer service. He could of sold them at double price, taken silly deposits etc. But he didn't. Thank you very much for this - will be recommending you elsewhere.

Quite some time ago I put my name down at Gobsmack in the hope of getting a PS5 box for my grandson but was told that the wait would be a long one. Well I am pleased to say that the wait wasn't too long and sure enough Drew phoned me to say he had one for me. I was ecstatic I thought it might be a prank but no, he had one reserved for me. Went and got it the next day and Drew was most helpful in selecting games and accessories to go with it, Thank you Gobsmack x

I always shop in gobsmack, its fantastic and one of the only shops in the area to source great and hard to get hold of comic items etc. The other nice touch is that Drew or one of the other people helping run the shop will try and order things in if they dont have them in the shop. Ive even been told when items have released and asked if i would like to reserve them in the past, which is helpful for someone who is busy and forgetful!
I must go in and see the new layout soon.

Amazing service, amazing communication. drew was extremely helpful in getting my eldest son his ps5, he's 9 and had saved birthday, Christmas money and chores to buy himself one and then no where had one, but after speaking to drew and getting on the waiting list it wasn't long before he was happily playing his favourite games. drew contacted me as soon as he was expecting a delivery and was true to his word on the collection date, aswell as being helpful in picking a game for my boy, when all is said and done I would be more than happy to shop at gobsmack comics for all his playstation games and accessories one for the helpful friendly faces and secondly to support a local business.

Gobsmack Comics always comes through, because its well run, by people who clearly understand their business.

Great service. Was waiting for a PS5. As soon as one was available i received a call and picked it up within 24 hours. Lots of help in the shop choosing a game for my son which was very useful.

I went into the shop to collect my ps5. As Drew had one kept aside for me as I had ordered it months ago. Extremely friendly and great very efficient too. Will deffo be going in again to check deals and games and if I need anymore ps5 tech. Thanks again x
